Baan Kata Keeree

We had a great stay at Baan Kata Keeree. The house is perfectly located, overlooking Kata Beach. Definitely a prime property at only a 3 minute walk to the beach. The pool and lounge area provide a stunning view over the bay, one of a kind. The house is very clean and the staff are excellent helping prepare to any need you may have (breakfast, dinner, taxi arrangements etc). The house easily sleeps 12 people and rooms are very spacious including a bath tub. There's a massage room and fitness area to relax. It's great to host a birthday party or simply a family gathering. We would definitely return and want to thank the friendly staff making our stay great!

Spent four lovely nights at the villa. The villa overlooks the whole of Kata beach. Great location and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Every morning, I was greeted by the staff asking what I would like for breakfast. The room we stayed in was very well-maintained and clean. The living room is spacious and cozy, perfect for games and movie night with a group of friends. Only 3 mins away from the beach on foot! Highly recommend!!

Staying here was an experience of it’s own! The nights me and my friends spent here were the absolute highlight of our trip. The villa is perfectly located and gives you a stunning view over Kata Beach, possibly one of the best views you can get in all of Phuket! The villa offers a lot of privacy thanks to it’s location and the very professional, unobtrusive staff. The facilities that the villa offers are better than in many hotels as you will have two pools, a fully equipped gym, beautifully decorated rooms and lounge areas and much more. The private chef treated us with delicious signature Thai dishes that we were able to enjoy in great comfort. I can’t recommend Baan Kata Keeree enough!

We had an incredible experience and stay at Baan Kata Keeree. This was our last stay in Thailand before heading back home and it could not have been better. The food, the location, the service, the views were more than excellent. After been in Thailand for over 2 months this has been the best place we have stayed in and an amazing way to end our trip.

Had the pleasure of staying at Baan Kata Keeree Villa for a second time and loved our stay so much I needed to share my experience. Not only did we have the best views of Kata Beach, the service was fantastic. Located in the center of Kata beach, we were a short walk from the ocean, local restaurants, bars and shops. The villa itself had grand views of the blue-green ocean from every room, an inviting pool and multiple lounge and seating areas for us to relax in. The friendly and attentive staff organized massages for us to have in a peaceful designated massage room within the villa. Every day they cooked delicious breakfast and THE BEST THAI FOOD we have ever tasted. There was an endless menu of food items we could pick from that met our unique dietary restrictions. From the service to the quality of the rooms to the abundance of things to do within the villa, we didn't feel the need to step out! I cannot wait to come back!

We just spent the most amazing holiday in this tropical paradise. The villa has a spectacular location overlooking the beautiful Kata beach, that is surfer's parafise! It is superbly equipped and has an amazing pool and a sundowner terrace. Khun Joe and khun Kay took excellent care of us and we ate some of the best Thai food prepared by Mama cook Teng. All of them catered for our every wish and they decorated the place superbly for the birthday celebrations. We enjoyed every minute in this spectacular place and wish we could have stayed there forever! Thank you Jean for opening our eyes to next dimension of holiday making, it was absolutely top class! ❤️

Wow! You MUST stay here. This was hands down the coolest airbnb experience we've ever had It is just like the pictures and exceeded pur expectations. Particularly because of the amazing service from the staff, especially Joe. They are there to help you with anything you need! The property is stunning to walk around with incredible views of kata beach. We had a beautiful chef dinner and delicious breakfast everyday. You can also get in house massages which were amazing. I can't wait to come back here and highly recommend this.

- Villa: This is my second time staying at Baan Kata Keeree - myself and friends first visited in April 2019 and enjoyed it so much we re-booked for March 2020. The villa truly feels like a home from home. It is nestled away on Kata Beach's private hillside, offering complete privacy whilst still fully capturing the remarkable landscape. The villa can properly host 12 adults (or a large family) - there are 6 large bedrooms, all with an en-suite and ocean views, a large living room, outdoor dining area, a large deck overlooking Kata beach (perfect for sunset cocktails!), and a gym fully stocked with weights, cable machine and cardio equipment. The villa is fully staffed so you won't have to lift a finger. You can select breakfast / lunch / dinner from an extensive menu and the chef will put together a fantastic spread using fresh local produce. I have travelled all over Thailand and I have to say the food is of the best quality you can find. The staff are all extremely friendly and attentive. - Location: If you are visiting Phuket, you will struggle to find a better location. Kata beach and Kata Noi are both a short stroll away, and these are two of the most picturesque beaches on the island. I highly recommend heading to Kata beach for some sunset jet-skiing! If you want to do a day trip to other islands (e.g. Phi Phi island) there are a number of local tour operators that can take you straight from Kata Beach. - Overall: Staying here was the highlight of our trip and I can't wait to go back!

Beautiful stay at Baan Kata Keeree. We will be back!!! We came for a family holiday in July. As the photos from other users show (I'm not quick to have the phone out), the view, pool, facilities and accomodation is absolutely top class, however what makes Baan Kata Keeree special is Joe (Manager), Kay (head housekeeper) and the rest of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble, from arranging tours, private meals, itinerary suggestions or even just a bit of a chat about the local area. Although there is every reason just to stay at the accomodation the entire time, the villa is located very close to Kata beach <5min walk where you have a few shops, markets and restaurants to explore. It's not a large town but there is enough to keep you occupied for the short bursts of adventure in the sweltering heat. There are a number of restaurants along the beach and in the town but we enjoyed eating at the villa as the chef made some truly exceptional food which was all at market prices (equivalent price to eating out at a restaurant really). The bar and snacks are replenished daily and also charged at market prices (c.40 baht for a beer). The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable with large air-conditioning units in each. The villa also has a gym, a kids play room and a massage room (Joe will arrange a masseuse to come up to the villa and treatments range from 350-900 Baht). If you have a group of 6+ adults and are looking for a special experience, I think it would be very difficult to look past Baan Kata Keeree. We certainly won't be able to stay anywhere else now.

Will not forget. After travelling Thailand for a month and staying in beautiful places, this one was the best! Probably the best views you can get of Kata Beach and the best food too! Better than going to a restaurant. The property is also so well designed that it feels like home and can comfortably fit a large group of people. Only regret is not staying longer :)
