Before I moved in, the agent informed me that the room was facing the construction site. To be honest, at that time, you could only hear a small amount of noise from the construction. Now I have been living in this room for over two months, and the situation is really bad. Besides the fact that the construction workers are working 6–7 days a week, starting at around 7:30–8:00 a.m. and continuing until the evening, my room is constantly filled with dust. I have no reason to speak negatively about this place, but this is the truth. It only takes about 15 minutes for dust to accumulate throughout my room. I requested a room change because of the construction work, but the main reason was the severe dust problem. The agent did not respond for more than five days. During that time, they were apparently discussing the situation with the sales team, not to solve the problem, but to figure out how to make more money from it. On top of that, the sales team was extremely disrespectful during our phone conversation. The agent and the sales team were in contact throughout those five days, and now they are asking 19,000–20,000 baht for the exact same room type on the opposite side of the building (the room directly across from mine). I am currently paying 15,000 baht, so this price increase feels completely unreasonable and disrespectful. In my experience, the agent and the sales team seem more interested in making money than helping tenants with legitimate concerns. Before signing the contract, they were friendly and welcoming, but afterward their attitude changed completely. I will post a picture of the agent, and I strongly recommend that others be careful when dealing with this property. Please be also careful when you have dust problem. Don’t take the same room!!
