I'm so lucky to get to know the hidden gem of phuket. This place gives peace and joy in mentally and physically. Sound bath relieved my nerves and the cookie & tea after the session was a delightful surprise treat. The pictures here taken in my 2nd visit only for the tea time. It’s hard to find words to describe how transformative, deep and sacred a journey it was to do an advanced sound healing and therapy practitioner training with Wolfe and Ploy. “Healing is feeling” is a philosophy that finds full embodiment in these two - as practitioners, and as teachers and guides. Over the course of a week they led us through a journey that was both structured and built upon their own deep inquiry into the traditions of Himalayan dharma instruments and their usage, as well as deeply creative, intuitive and encouraging of us finding our own paths into this rich field. For me, they initiated a journey that I’m honored to continue. In a day and age where shortcuts and “101” approaches to learning practices threaten to flatten living, breathing, ancient, sacred lineages of wisdom, Wolfe and Ploy are true custodians and the real deal. They have over many years built an environment where you feel the prayers they’ve put into the land the moment you step over the threshold into Jungala’s enclave. With the weekly sessions they lead and welcome anyone into, they have created a true community. There is an entry point for anyone, be it someone coming to heal, to rest, to study and dive deep, or simply to follow a thread of curiosity and see where it goes. I’m leaving endlessly grateful to have studied with two people who are so fully and beautifully in their dharma, and imparted life lessons to me that extend far beyond the classroom. Honored to call them teachers for life, and I know the journey has just begun.

I had the great honor to do a private sound training with Wolfe and Ploy. It was remarkable on every level. They are both true masters of craft and the lessons that I learned I will keep with me forever. Jungala is a beautiful sanctuary in the heart of Phuket. It’s one of those places where you feel the prayers and you are transformed as soon as you step onto the property. To experience the sound medicine that they share is another thing unto itself. They are truly sharing ancient wisdom for these modern times and doing it in a way that is so sacred. If you are in Phuket, do yourself a favor and go and do a group or private session at Jungala. Thank you to my master teachers at Jungala. Thank you for all the teachings, the wisdom and the lessons. I will be back.

Even just driving onto the property from the main road is truly indescribable—the energy that greets you is so calming and grounding. Excellent service. Very courteous and welcoming.

First time for a sound bath healing meditation and really enjoyed it. Felt very relaxed as if I was floating. Would definitely go again, highly recommend.

An incredible, authentic learning experience! I cannot thank Wolf and Ploy enough for their incredible help, support, and patience. Both of them are truly amazing, and I have learned so so much! My journey actually started when I decided to try and experience their sound bath session. I highly recommend trying their private session! I had been searching for places to learn sound healing for a while, but other places' sessions just didn't connect with me. It was only after experiencing the sound bath here that I felt a true connection and decided to finally learn. Before starting the Himalayan Art of Sound Healing and Therapy Course, I was still incredibly worried since it had been a very long time since I attended any classes or learned a new skill outside of work. However, both of them made me feel completely comfortable taking my baby steps toward this new journey. What sets JungalaPhuket apart is that they teach the authentic, traditional ways of sound healing, rather than a commercialized version. I am so glad I chose them. Amazing experience today!. I was in a state somewhere between sleeping and resting. But my breathing was controlled by the sound, it was very interesting to observe. I was so relaxed and by the time I knew it, it was already done; and I still couldn’t get up I was so relaxed. Eating the desserts now (delicious) healthy and vegan. Even got my picky Thai Nanny to try and she loved! I will be back! Oh, and there is parking 😁 P.s. This review doesn’t count as social media 😉

Jungala is a truly special place in Phuket. The sound baths are deeply relaxing, the chakra awareness meditation is grounding, and the yoga classes feel welcoming and intentional. You can really feel the care that goes into everything they offer. They also sell beautiful handmade Himalayan singing bowls and the most delicious homemade vegan treats (made in house). Such a peaceful, heart-centered space, I highly recommend visiting. -Matthew
