We only stayed 2 nights at the Pullman Panwa Beach but had a great experience. We got upgraded to a villa with a private pool which was amazing. The Villa was spacious, clean and great privacy for the pool. Beds were comfortable and the staff quickly installed a spare single bed so the 2 kids had their own. The breakfast buffet was great with a lot of choice. For dinner and lunch you can order from the book bar but there are also some great options just outside the resort. All the staff were very friendly, special mention to Micky who was so friendly and always looking after us. At the Tamarind restaurant, Bia was great, very good advice to get medium spicy and not full on spicy as our poor European stomach are not built for that! lol Overall, highly recommend.

Here's a polished review you can post: We recently stayed at Pullman Phuket Panwa Beach Resort to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday, and overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The resort is located in a quieter part of Phuket, making it a great choice if you're looking to escape the crowds, while still being close enough to Phuket Town for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. The beach is peaceful with calm waters, perfect for relaxing or a gentle swim. However, if you're looking for large waves and a classic surf beach, this may not be the place, as it faces the Gulf (sheltered bay) and the sea is generally very calm. We did experience some confusion regarding the breakfast arrangement. Whether it was because we misunderstood the explanation at check-in or the information could have been communicated more clearly, it led to several days of uncertainty. Thankfully, Micky stepped in and helped resolve the issue. His professionalism, patience, and willingness to assist made a significant difference to our stay. Micky's service truly went above and beyond. He was attentive, welcoming, and genuinely cared about ensuring guests had a pleasant experience. His excellent customer service deserves special recognition. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and offered a lovely view of the water, making it a relaxing place to unwind after a day out. Overall, we had a memorable stay, made even more special as we celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday. A big thank you to Micky for his outstanding hospitality.

A huge thank you to everyone at Pullman Phuket for making our honeymoon so memorable. This is a beautiful, well-designed hotel with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. The complimentary shuttles to Old Town and Central Phuket are a great touch, the on-site facilities and activities are fantastic, and the food is absolutely delicious. But what truly makes this hotel special is the people. Every single member of staff we met was genuinely kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. A special thank you to Julian, Micky and Qis, who were all incredibly caring, thoughtful, and exceptional at what they do. This is a wonderful hotel in its own right, but as is so often the case, it's the staff who make it unforgettable and this hotel is no exception. We would wholeheartedly recommend staying here if you're looking for somewhere to truly switch off, unwind, and be looked after. Thank you again for such a special stay!

I love the beach, as Cape Panwa is located on Phuket's sheltered southeastern tip. Unlike the open west coast beaches (like Patong or Karon) that get heavy, dangerous surf and rough waves during monsoon months, Panwa’s protected bay stays unusually calm, safe, and crystal clear nearly year round! On top of that amazing team that handles everything, I was first assisted by Qis for check in, made me feel like home as she spoke Malay! Later by Anton, Katty and the security team, as I had orders from Lazada and I needed help to call the courier to expedite the delivery before my checkout. Also an Indonesian girl (don’t remember the name) helped me with picking up my delivery. On my checkout day, it was Julian, Micky and the rest of the team from breakfast (23rd July morning) helped me with luggage. Loved the waffle and pancakes at breakfast. Beautiful calm view. Coffee was delicious. Wish the pool was open past 7pm. I didn’t get to enjoy it. Otherwise it’s a lovely quiet place to stay. I enjoyed my stay.

Booked this hotel because we have a wedding to attend to at Sri Panwa Resort (TU rooftop bar) which is nearby the hotel. Glad we did. I had a genuinely great stay here. The highlight? Easily the best sunrise I’ve seen in a long time. Waking up to that soft orange glow over the water felt unreal, calm, quiet, almost cinematic. If you’re an early riser, it’s worth every minute. The balcony was another favourite spot. Spacious enough to actually sit and relax, not just stand and take a photo. Mornings with coffee, evenings with sea breeze, simple but perfect. The pool area is also a vibe. Easy to chill for hours without feeling crowded. Good balance between relaxed and lively, and the setting right by the beach makes it even better. The only complaint I have is that after checking the ALL ACCOR App few days after check out, this hotel is not eligible to collect status points and nights! What a shame. A bit disappointed there. Overall, it was rejuvenating without being boring….peaceful but still fun.

We would like to specifically thank the manager, Mr. Julian Micky (米奇), as well as the other two ladies who served us today. The hotel was extremely busy when we arrived, and we had to wait for about an hour. However, Micky went above and beyond to speed up our check-in process and answer all our questions. After check in completes, he guided us to our room and also asked us to contact his team if we need further assisstance. Our room is spacious and beautiful, and the view is spectacular (you can see the sea from the room). I love the little plant in the room, it is very cute and the wooden ceiling fan is very unique. In addition, the pool makes me very relax. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the large working desk, it is very useful especially I still needs to work a bit during the stay.
