Regen spa

Sauna is average, needs much improvement to persuade me to come back. Also, cold pool is not cold enough. Other better saunas nearby that cost half the price. Sauna policy is also a bit too rigid, can’t bring your own water, they don’t provide shorts which is silly and there’s a B100 deposit for towels. Unfortunately won’t be coming back unless improvements are made. Thanks for your reply, I can appreciate and understand why you have a B100 deposit in place for the towels. But the combination of not providing shorts and a rigid “no bring your own water” policy led me to feel this way. I can deal with the deposit but not all of these things at once, especially when I pay to relax for a few hours. Also, I believe having an infused drink station is not enough as customers can get dehydrated easily. And they should be allowed to bring their own “flasks” or “water” as some may not like drinking from plastic bottles. The sauna and steam room itself is fine and on par with other sauna’s in terms of “quality” but the cold pool is lacking a suitable temperature especially for a cold plunge as it’s adjacent to the sauna. I think there’s definitely potential with “Regen Spa” but it’s not enough for me to pay the current price when there are so many good sauna’s on the island.

Superb one stop shop for wellness! The staff is very friendly, the facilities are clean and even though it can get busy at times it’s still a great relaxing atmosphere. Can only recommend stopping by to give your body the attention it deserves.

Nice location with a cold plunge and clean facilities and good food. Recommend if you need recovery and have packages for short and long term stay.

Best spa on the street! Hot tub, cold plunges, sauna, steam room and salt water pool. ONLY downside, making it 4 star. The towels here smell bad. Everytime i would dry off the smell was terrible. Its like the towels were hung to dry in a humid environment.
