We recently visited KAIF in Phuket** and had an amazing experience! This place is perfect for both relaxing and staying active. The pool area is fantastic, the gym is well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious — everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can really tell that the kitchen puts care into every dish. A special thank you to our waiter, Moe — he was friendly, attentive, and very professional. His positive attitude and excellent service made our visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this place, and we will definitely be back! 🌴✨

Superb. Amazing fitness centre. Top notch facilities. Love the sauna room and gym. All equipments were new and maybe well maintained. Took the day pass for 590baht well worth it. Didnt sign up cos im just visiting. Recommended those fitness junkies to come here. Alot of good looking male and females here too. You will love the facilities here and the views here too. Heard the owner was previously a Thai Indian however upon a Russian fitness guy took over; everything changed for the better which i felt was great. Just a lil bit of room for improvement; the swimming pool has a lot of dead insects. Just a small thing need to improve.

The best place to visit for sauna. The sessions of sauna rituals every hour is professional made by Aleksey and others. The team of restaurant is very polite like mr. Shine. The large swimming pool is the best you can find in Phuket.

Awesome place, wonderful staff , they all very kind, but linde is more kind and professional. you can find everything about sport here , gym , sauna, swimming pool, and more . I booked for 1 month and I’m happy with that ☺️🤗 …

Nice and trendy place. The sauna is the biggest you can find in the whole Phuket. You can also have ice baths and other spa amenities. Free lady day on Fridays. Very modern pricing, it spans from a single day to several months, they offer also weekly plans. Will come back again to try out muay thai training, although I believe it's more on the fitness side.

Best place to do gym, enjoy swimming pool and good food in Phuket ! Second time a get the membership and I’m never disappointed ! The staff is awesome. Also good point for the hammam 🙏🏽

I recently visited the new Kaif Phuket gym, and it's fantastic! They offer a variety of group classes, including Thai boxing, which is amazing for both beginners and experienced fighters. The facility also has a sauna, a large swimming pool, and a delicious restaurant with healthy options. It’s the perfect spot to work out, relax, and enjoy a great meal. Highly recommended!

The best panoramic sauna in Thailand with an amazing steam-team. + good swimming pool, several rooms for working out another small steam cell and a restaurant. Prices for side services are rather high, and some processes require adjustments and tuning. Overall, a very good place to relax and have a piece of healthy fun.
