The Rich Massage and Spa

This is what I got for my 300 baht manicure. I'm not really bothered by the money, but it was the worst manicure I've ever had. It took less than 20 minutes. If it's going to be this bad, I'd do it myself. There was no cutting, no buffing, and no polishing.

The massage skills were acceptable, but there was no receptionist to provide service. Their facial expressions and demeanor when greeting customers and collecting payment were cold and emotionless; they seemed very annoyed. It felt like getting a massage at a local massage parlor, not in a shopping mall.

The massage therapist is very skilled and treats the specific ailments effectively. It's no wonder they're fully booked every day and it's very difficult to get an appointment. The nail salon is also excellent with many technicians, but getting an appointment is also difficult. 😁

I don't recommend going there. The Thai massage is terrible, they don't understand a word of English, and when you ask for it to go easier, they laugh like hyenas. The worst massage in Phuket.

Don't go here unless you know Thai. I talked to a gal knowing some English and said specifically I only want the 200B foot scrub, which I pointed to on their board. She said if proudly wasn't the 500B foot spa and I said No just scrub. So she was obviously trying to up sell me, understandable in retail. This place usually has customers and looks clean, so I thought I'd try it for the first, and now last time. They sat me down, and about 4 ladies were discussing what seemed to be who was going to do my feet. Felt rather odd, as if no one wanted to do it. Maybe because I was getting a cheap service... who knows. A different lady did my feet then the initial English speaking one. This woman did a good job, but it turns out she was also doing a Pedicure along with the scrub, which I had no clue about since I specifically and more then once said scrub only. After awhile she says to me " no color?" which I of course didn't select since I didn't order that. I even said no because I had the wrong shoes on for a pedicure. Lo and behold, she's giving me one anyway, which I end having to pay for at the end and without color! So when I pay I automatically do the scan charge for the 200 baht. Unfortunately, I gave her a tip before finishing the bank transaction. So I show her the bank receipt and she says 400. I'm like no it's $200 and point to the board. They say they gave me pedicure plus scrub, which I'm like... I did not order a pedicure so why am I paying for it. They wouldn't let up even when I said how about if I just pay an extra $100 since I didn't order it. The English speaking lady says well then she'll have to pay my other hundred. It was really quite a mess of a situation on top of giving a tip that I otherwise wouldn't have tipped since I felt like they ripped me off and took advantage of my ignorance of the Thai language. Which shouldn't have mattered since the girl I was talking to knew what I was saying and pointing to. So do not go here unless you know Thai as who knows what you'll end up with at the end. So, 1 star for at least doing a good job with the scrub and half of a pedicure.

Never have available masseuses

Highly recommend. Great atmosphere, very professional ladies. Very clean place. Always new colors. Friendly staff. Very very good.

Great massage shop at a great price. Located on the 2nd floor of Baan and Beyond, you can easily reach it from Central Festival by crossing a sky bridge that directly connects the mall to B&B. They have 3 chairs for foot massage and 3 dedicated rooms for full body massage. Everything is new and clean. Was surprised how busy it was, as there almost seemed to be as many customers here as in the rest of the building. Prices were really good, much cheaper than inside Central. Wife said massage was great.
