I encountered a stressful situation with delayed baggage from the airline, and the team went above and beyond to help me check their records and provide the crucial information I needed for my insurance claim. Their professionalism, patience, and genuine care truly saved my trip! Beyond the amazing service, the hotel itself is fantastic: 1. Perfect Location: It’s incredibly convenient. Just a short walk to the local fresh market and plenty of amazing local restaurants. 2. Spotless Rooms: The hotel environment is clean and tidy, completely free of any unpleasant odors. It felt very comfortable. 3. Great Breakfast: The breakfast was delicious! I really appreciated that the menu wasn't repetitive; they rotated different hot dishes and fresh fruits during my stay. 4. Welcoming Staff: Every staff member I encountered was polite, enthusiastic, and always greeted me with a warm smile. 5. Lovely Atmosphere: There is a beautiful small garden at the entrance. Every time I walked in or out, I was greeted by a faint, relaxing floral scent (though this might depend on the season!). I will definitely choose Ibis Styles Phuket City again when I return. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Jack, who assisted us during check‑in and remained professional and attentive each time we approached him for help. His service truly stood out. One area that could be improved is the air-conditioning unit, which produced noticeable noise in the room. Addressing this would enhance overall comfort. Overall acceptable as far as the accomodation goes - room was clean and comfortable etc - but a bit run down, not up to standard. Desk is much smaller than the photos - be warned if you need to work - I ended the up finding other places outside to work. Also they shut off the water one night with a note under the door while we were out for the evening. When we got back, we had to order drinking water to wash up with. The note said it's maintenance - they could have easily given more notice so we can plan in advance.

Great location, love the ping pong and soccer tables at the lobby, sharing Novotel's swimming pool. Steps away from the Dragon Line bus stop in front of McDonald. Wet market is definitely worth to explore. 7-11, GO and one restaurant where locals frequent are opposite the McDonald.

My stay at ibis Styles City Hotel Phuket was amazing. It truly felt like home. Honestly, it’s probably one of the best locations to stay in Phuket. Although the rooms are a bit small, but it’s very cosy. There’s a really lovely market just outside the hotel every morning, which made mornings so enjoyable and convenient. The breakfast was the highlight for me. Everything was halal, which made my stay 100 times better and stress free. There was so much variety and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. A special thank you to Gift, Ae and Jack. They were always so smiley, welcoming, and genuinely lovely. We were even allowed a free late check out, which we really appreciated. I would 100% recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

I had a really pleasant stay at Ibis Styles Phuket City. Gift and Reisy were extremely helpful, especially during the check-in process. They were polite, professional, and made everything smooth and comfortable from the start 😊 The breakfast was also very good with nice options, and I truly appreciated the overall hospitality of the hotel. The hotel was having nice clean rooms, the size of room was little small but considering the price it was still okay. The location of hotel is good and near to Phuket old town(10 minutes walk). Ibis uses same bar as of used by novotel skyview bar, so if you want to try some drinks please try itnon skyview bar the view is literally amazing.

This was my first time here and I felt very comfortable staying at this hotel for 3 nights. Opposite is a very large local morning market, and in the evening there are also many local restaurants around. It felt familiar and I really enjoyed my stay. It's also very close to the old town, just a few minutes' walk or motorbike ride. 7/11 is just a 2-minute walk. Very convenient. The price is reasonable and the staff are very friendly.
