I am very disappointed by Robinson Lifestyle Thalang. The mall is currently hosting a “Pet Safari” at the concourse, but the way the animals are being kept is deeply concerning. There are dogs, cats, goats, pigs, and birds confined in cages that are far too small—some of the dogs and baby goats had just enough space sit upright, let alone move comfortably. What’s more - after the mall closed, the animals were simply left there by themselves, covered in their cages overnight. Being confined, in tight spaces, for the entire day and night like this is extremely distressing and, frankly, inhumane. This isn’t education or entertainment—it’s unnecessary suffering for animals that have no way to escape their conditions. I strongly urge the management to reconsider this setup and ensure that any animal-related activities meet basic welfare standards. Until then, I cannot support or recommend this mall. It is very sad as I used to genuinely like coming to this neighbourhood mall.

This shopping mall endorses and promotes animal cruelty. They had all sorts of creatures stuffed into tiny cages stacked on top of each other, with animals for sale for who-knows-what-purposes. Absolutely shocking. This should be illegal.

Robinson Lifestyle Thalang is a convenient shopping mall with a good variety of stores and supermarkets. You can find pharmacies for skincare and other daily essentials, along with plenty of fashion and clothing brands. The first floor has several electronics stores, including Oppo, Huawei, Samsung, and Vivo. There's also a large food court with plenty of dining options, making it a great place to shop, grab a meal, and spend a few hours.

It’s generally excellent and nice and spacious. However, it would be really useful to have an area with some dimmed lights and a little more calm, like a relaxation zone. Very hard to put a baby to sleep at peak times as everywhere is super bright (unnecessarily so!) and loud when busy.

We pass by this shopping mall on the way to the airport and decided to stop by since we have some time. It’s better then expected and we were pleasantly surprised as there was a pets fair and some kind of petting zoo experience at the forum area. Numerous activities for kids to participate like catching small lobsters, fishes, huge tortoises, cats and dogs for sale. There are also exotic animals that u can pet, carry and take photos for a small fee 50-100bath like big owls , albino python, chameleons, Carabara, etc. You also have your usual food court, restaurants and retails and the mall is pretty big and new (2 stories)

Very convenient for those living in Koh Kaew who don’t want to travel all the way to Central for food. Robinson is equipped with restaurants like Sizzler, Taco Bell, Sushi Paradise, and more, as well as stores like Watsons, Studio 7, Moshi Moshi, and others. It’s also very spacious and clean.

Easily the most photogenic single establishment in all of Phuket. Bursting with photo opportunities, full credit to the design team. From huge hanging 3 D shapes to the smallest of niches, every inch is a visual delight. One can easily forget that it is a place for shopping and get lost in the visual spectrum this place has to offer. Too bad their Security is clueless. An officious looking type in an ill fitting suit and the most fake badge I have ever seen tells me "no photography inside" and "cannot take photos". Upon asking where this rule is displayed to the public who visit the mall, he plays dumb. Upon asking for someone who knows something, another man with a walkie talkie chimes in. Long story short, the time changed rapidly when I showed them some other places I have reviewed. I guess a level 8 Guide has some merit. Back to the establishment. Any and everything is available. The food options are particularly impressive. Care to watch a movie, a screen is available. If the shopping wears you out, flop down for a self service massage chair or choose from the multiple massage shops for a quick foot massage. Parking appears plentiful but hard to find. I guess it speaks volumes about the popularity of the place. Well worth a visit. Highly recommended. PS- hope the "Security" doesn't leave a bad taste in your mouth , like they did with me

Nice place for shopping. Not as huge as central , but still very useful and nice As for me very useful lingerie corner. I have rare size of bra. And ladies with big size can find there size. Which is great.

The best place to chill in Thalang area where you have all you need including movie theaters, gyms,massage parlors, restaurants and shopping outlets. Easy to park and the mall isn’t that too big and too small. Good to walk around.
