Amla Aqua

This place is absolutely amazing and the staff's attention to detail is second to none. I visited twice during my trip to Phuket. At the end of my first massage, the staff were kind enough to bring me some tea and cookies. When I asked if the cookies had nuts in them, I was told they did. Upon my second visit to the Amla Aqua, I had tea and cookies again and the staff remembered that I had a nut allergy so gave me nut-free cookies. It's the little details that go a long way

We tried the CXX massage for two and a half hours and it was one of the best massages we've ever had. It consists of three steps: 1/ Body scrub 2/ Mask 3/ One-hour massage 👍🏻

My husband and I did a 4.5 hour spa service combo and it was absolutely wonderful. We did a 60m Body scrub, 60m Body wrap, 90m oil massage, and a 60m facial. The staff were absolutely lovely from reception to check out. They even gave us flowers once they found out it was our anniversary. We felt very taken care of. The location was clean and the ambiance was exactly what you want in a spa. Definitely recommend.

The spa center was wonderful. The reception was exceptional; Waan welcomed us warmly and very kindly. The massage was a dream come true. We had an unforgettable experience with them and will definitely return.

We had the Turkish Spa and Facial Massage package yesterday, and it was absolutely exceptional. The place is beautiful, everything is brand new, and you can really tell they pay attention to every detail. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and made us feel relaxed from start to finish. It has only recently opened, so everything is spotless and feels luxurious. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a high-quality and relaxing experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I had a wonderful experience at Amla Spa. I previously visited when it was still Kara Spa, which was more pricy. And this time I chose the Herbal Balm (ยาหม่อง) massage. Since I work in front of a computer all day, I requested extra focus on my neck, shoulders, and upper back due to stress and headaches. Khun Wan, spa hostess was very attentive from the moment I arrived. She kindly kept my helmet, explained the complimentary transfer service, recommended alternative treatment since there wasn’t an Office Syndrome massage, and checked on me after my treatment. My therapist, Khun Pui, was excellent. I especially appreciated the foot cleansing before the massage, and she did an amazing job releasing the tension in my neck and shoulders. I left feeling so much better. I would love more herbal on my back too! Khun Dan was professional, well-groomed, and handled the billing with warmth and efficiency. Khun Fare also made a great impression, she welcomed me with a genuine smile, shared the spa’s story and products with confidence, and even drove me home afterwards. The entire team made me feel genuinely cared for. A well-deserved 10/10 for both the service and hospitality. My only suggestion would be to add an Office Syndrome Massage to the menu, I think it would be a fantastic addition for guests who spend long hours working at a desk. 🥰
