Naina Resort & Spa

We stayed at Naina Resort & Spa for three nights during our trip to Phuket. While the experience had some positives, it did not fully meet our expectations for a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety and quality, and the staff were very kind and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. The location is also quite convenient, making it easy to get around Phuket. However, the standard room fell short of expectations. Although the room had a “clean” tag when we arrived, housekeeping did not replace towels or provide new water bottles during our stay. We also experienced issues with the air conditioning, as it was not cooling the room properly. Overall, the hospitality and breakfast were great, but the room quality and maintenance could definitely be improved, especially for a property listed as a 4-star hotel.

This little hotel is a welcome oasis of calm in the midst of the frantic streets of Patong. We stayed in low season so the hotel was very quiet with only a few guests. I liked the layout of the hotel with the attractive countryside style …

Our stay at Naina Resort & Spa was truly one of the best parts of our Thailand trip. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was perfect. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and the entire staff was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. As Indian travelers, we especially appreciated how easily the staff understood and communicated with us, which made our stay even more comfortable. The biggest highlight of our trip was Jibin Brother. A special thank you is simply not enough for everything he did for us. He guided us on where to visit, where to shop, how to travel, which places were worth experiencing, and even helped us plan our daily schedule. He treated us like family rather than guests. Because of his support, we never felt like tourists in a new country—we felt cared for, welcomed, and completely stress-free throughout our vacation. It was a wonderful stay at Naina resort and the ambiance is good and peaceful area. I really had a great stay and the one thing i cant forget tha i have never seen any one like Mr. Jibin, really a man with golden heart and great personality.. i have travelled lot never met someone like this. He is an amazing man and asset to the team.

Absolutely brilliant hotel had a great time from start to finish. Staff were really helpful and friendly, hotel spotless and clean. Hotel quiet and not noisy. Food at the restaurant was amazing too! One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and Would definitely recommend and will be coming back 🙂 …

I stayed at Naina Resort & Spa, Patong Beach in April, and I am writing this review a little late. My stay was not that good overall. We had opted for breakfast, but it was just average and not very impressive. The service was also average. The rooms were not properly cleaned, and the location was also okay but nothing special. One more issue was that the hotel did not have a lift, which was quite inconvenient and caused some difficulty, especially while carrying luggage. I would suggest choosing this hotel only if you are looking for a budget stay. The hotel has a very big property and good potential, but it still needs a lot of improvement. They can improve the cleanliness and overall standards, but it seems they are not focusing enough on it. Overall, it was an average experience.
