Great massages and pedicures. Staff are wonderful. This was our go to place for the 12 days we were here

We've been to Phuket 4 times and tried many massage places. Today, we walked past Ava, it seemed very clean, nice, so we stopped. The lady at reception (UU) was very friendly and smiling, no stress and she made it easy! Inside was clean, smelt good, hygienic, private. They gave us water, looked after us and the massages were excellent. The ladies were sweet, kind and very professional! So now for our entire stay, Ava is our place for massages and I hope it stays the same service! Small criticism is that they said they accept card, but then charged a 7% fee when standard card charge is a maximum of 3% in Thailand. I hope they can remove this for the rest our visits!

I visited Phuket for 10 days and really struggle to choose a massage place, there are SO many! Then I walked past Ava and all the team laughing and chatting together, gave me a really good vibe of the place. I had a warm coconut massage from Tony. His was professional, caring and from start to finish I knew I was in the best hands. I was greeted with a glass of water and after the massage, I was offered a nice tea.and they let me charge my phone for the duration I was on the table - thank you! Tony checked in to see if I was ok, if I needed anything and if the pressure was ok, and it was all perfect. I wish I found Tony and his hands on my first day, not my last! Thank you for a lovely experience.
