The moment we walked in, we were welcomed with a lovely ambience and warm, friendly hosts at the reception who guided us in choosing the right services. The process was very organized—they ensured our valuables were safely stored in a locker, followed by removing footwear and starting off with a soothing foot wash, which instantly set the mood for relaxation. The private room provided was clean, hygienic, and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort. The masseuse was truly excellent—professional, with gentle yet effective pressure and techniques that made the entire session incredibly relaxing. Overall, a very satisfying and professional experience. Would definitely love to visit again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality spa experience in Phuket.
