Although I wasn’t in Thailand, the team at Amity Wellness made it possible for me to create a truly unforgettable birthday surprise for my friend. A special thank you to Nan, who coordinated everything with me through WhatsApp. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout the entire process. She recommended Sara’s Flowers Phuket, guided me every step of the way, and made arranging the surprise from overseas completely stress-free. Nan went above and beyond by collecting the flower delivery from the hotel reception and personally arranging for it to be delivered as a surprise to my friend’s room. Her dedication, attention to detail, and genuine care exceeded all my expectations. To make the celebration even more special, the hotel also surprised my friend with a complimentary birthday cake in the same morning. It was such a thoughtful gesture that perfectly reflected the exceptional hospitality of the Amity Wellness team. Thank you, Nan, and everyone at Amity Wellness, for turning a simple idea into a beautiful memory. Your outstanding service, warmth, and willingness to go the extra mile truly set you apart.
