Yeah, this one was actually a really funny experience. Went bc of good reviews. Place seems nice, staff seems friendly. They were kind enough to offer me a powerbank. But then, when the masseuse started the massage, she would massage with one hand, and be on her phone with the other hand. 5 minutes in, still same story. The excuse that they gave was that the masseuse needed to inform her boss about the fact that she just started the massage via Line. In a massage parlor where there are three people present, and the person overseeing the work is also physically present in the same building. Come on. Give me a better story. Can’t comment on quality of the actual massage cause I left. Do with this information what you want. 🤷 If they fix this it could be a decent place. Could be…

Thai Oil massage is so good

Today I went for a massage at Yuri Massage near Muang Ek, behind Rangsit University. The shop is very clean. The course I bought was a 2-hour body scrub and aromatherapy massage. The scrub they used was amazing; my skin felt so soft and smooth after rinsing. It was followed by a 1-hour aromatherapy massage – so relaxing and wonderful! P.S. I highly recommend this great shop. I'll definitely be back for another body scrub. I love my skin now! ❤️❤️❤️

The massage was rushed. The massage room had no clock, and the masseuse was looking at her phone while massaging. After the massage, I felt very uncomfortable. Overall, I wouldn't go back.

This shop has numerous negative reviews, and after my own experience, I found there's a real reason for it. I've visited Thailand over ten times and used massage services hundreds of times. This is the first and only time I've had an argument with a massage shop due to their attitude towards service. Upon arrival, the masseuse I requested wasn't there. It took almost 20 minutes of communication and waiting. After the massage, because I was covered in massage oil, it was difficult to wash off. I'm a relatively slow showerer and needed to shower twice, totaling about 10-15 minutes for showering and getting dressed. When I went to pay, I encountered a female employee in a red shirt whose face appeared to have undergone plastic surgery. She charged me extra, claiming I had booked a 1.5-hour massage but had "gone half an hour over" and therefore needed an additional 200 baht. In reality, the actual massage time I received was less than two hours. My total time at the shop was approximately two hours, including the waiting time for the masseuse and the time spent showering, which shouldn't count towards the massage time. I explained to her that I shower slowly and that washing off the massage oil isn't easy, but she became very rude, repeatedly saying, "It's impossible to shower that slowly," and refused to listen to any explanation. Honestly, this reason sounds completely absurd. Because everyone takes a different amount of time to shower, especially when covered in massage oil, I explained this clearly, but it was completely ignored. What I found most unacceptable was her attitude and body language. Her face was full of contempt and intimidation. Her hands were placed on the counter, her shoulders slumped, as if she were acting superior, as if she were "God," not a service employee who deserved basic respect. I've never encountered a service employee like this before in Thailand. The 200 baht wasn't the issue; the issue was her attitude. I was so angry at that point that I threw the remaining cash (over a thousand baht) at her to show her that I didn't care about the 200 baht, but I couldn't accept her behavior. Meanwhile, two other employees were very polite, apologizing and trying to mediate, but the woman continued to be rude and abusive. The other two employees escorted her back into the room, and she continued to speak even on the way back. I took pictures of her as evidence for a negative review. She became even more aggressive, trying to intimidate me, and even pulled out her phone as if to call someone, implying she had connections or influence in Thailand that could harm me. Was she some kind of mafia member? What made me even more uncomfortable was that as I was leaving the shop, I noticed another employee pointing their phone camera at me. It was like they were filming me. Is this normal behavior for employees in the service industry? It made me feel terrible and unsafe. Furthermore, the prices for all types of massages at this shop are significantly higher than nearby massage shops, but the quality of service is inferior. January 21, 2026 A few days ago, the shop apologized to me via LINE and stated that the woman in the red shirt was willing to apologize to me in person. Therefore, I intended not to pursue the matter further. However, the shop's public response today is disappointing and completely different from what was communicated via LINE. The shop accuses me of attempting to physically assault an employee, which is a very serious accusation. If this is true, please file a police report immediately instead of resorting to verbal threats. I am in Thailand and am willing to cooperate with any police investigation. If no police report is filed, please stop making accusations and stop spreading false information; otherwise, I reserve the right to pursue defamation charges. The shop emphasizes the "brown uniform" to deny that the woman in the red shirt was an employee, but at the same time, they demand that I delete the photos, which is a clear contradiction. The shop claims to have issued a refund, which is untrue. They only offered a refund via LINE, and I did not accept it. I am not concerned about the refund; I am more concerned about the poor service attitude of the employee. Regarding the "money throwing" incident, it is true. At the time, the woman was trying to overcharge me and using threatening language. I threw the remaining money I had, over a thousand baht, onto the counter to express my displeasure. There was no physical contact, and no one was harmed. If the shop can offer a sincere apology, I am willing to delete the photos. But instead, I received defamation and threats. This was one of the worst service experiences I've ever had in Thailand, while other massage shops I've visited have always had a much better atmosphere.

The massage therapist was playing on her phone and massaging very gently, seemingly unintentionally. I told her it hurt and asked her not to massage my neck too hard, but she argued and pressed harder. In short, I have a stiff neck after the massage. Why did I pay for a stiff neck? I just wanted a relaxing massage, right?

The Thai oil massage started well. However, just before the end, the masseuse asked if I could "throw" (or "swing" in a certain way). I said yes. She told me not to tense up, and while I wasn't, my body just reacted naturally. I told her we could skip that move, but she insisted, repeating it 3-4 times. Then she got up and walked away looking and sounding very displeased. My husband, who was getting a massage next to me, also saw how unhappy she was, even though I had told her to skip that move. After the massage, I gave up on tipping her. I would appreciate it if your staff could receive better training in etiquette and manners. We paid for the service and expected good service and respectful behavior from the staff. Thank you.

The staff are lovely, petite, and strong – I highly recommend them! I went for an aromatherapy massage and deep tissue massage. The tea was fragrant and delicious. The shop has a lot of good promotions right now, and there are plenty of staff members.

The masseuse was amazing and very attentive. I came with my boyfriend, and he said his masseuse was also great – small but strong, excellent service, smelled wonderful, and the price was good too. It was a truly blissful experience. The atmosphere was great; the shop was spacious, fragrant, and clean.
