A really shitty online admin. I messaged them on Facebook to ask about treatments and prices before going there. At first, they replied, but every time they answered, they kept asking about reservations. I told them I would book one day before coming. After that, I asked more about the treatments and they just ignored my messages They saw them but didn’t even reply. So rude.RUDE‼️ Ladies, don’t go there. What do they think they are? An admin is just a staff member getting paid, while we are the customers spending actual money probably more than their monthly income.

I had a good experience at this clinic. The laser treatment went smoothly, and the staff was very polite and professional. The face massage was a nice bonus, making the visit even more relaxing. Overall, a reliable place for skincare treatments. I recommend it.

Would give a negative rating if that was an option. Extremelg Poor customer service. It's understandable that the staff aren't fluent in English but they do not even make an effort to answer queries about the treatment types and procedures. Moreover the registration process is tedious and frustrating. The worst part was the staff was rude and made faces looking at me when she was assigned to me. The service was not at all on par to what was promised and paid for. Would not recommend this place at all. Especially if you are a non thai and do not understand/ cannot speak the language. Their service is terrible terrible terrible. I wished I could cancel the treatment midway but I had already paid and had to wait for a long long time just to be done with their registration process. Overall frustrating experience. Waste of money. Maybe the other branches are better but the one in Future Park, Rangsit really need to up their game if they want more customers.
