The legend of Yaowarat (Chinatown) is a place to relax and enjoy yourself for a few hundred baht, including a bottle of water, a spittoon, and girls from Dok Kham Tai, or "Mida" as they're called. It's no surprise they offer good service, are unhurried, and are all about playful banter, even including a "deer looking back" gesture before you go home to sleep and have sweet dreams.
I've been there many times and I like it the most. The service is good.
