Upmarket place where u can enjoy your stay. Provide buggy service to. nearby area. Very comfortable. One of the best service apartment u can find in this area. Swimming pool is well maintain and gym was great. Not forgetting that u are surrounded by greens..

Just spent 2.5 months at North Park Place — our first home base after moving to Bangkok. The location is quite far from the centre, and the beautiful golf course surroundings mean there isn’t much within walking distance. Having a car made a big difference, as we used it daily for shopping at malls 10–20 minutes away or for trips downtown (around 30–50 minutes’ drive). That said, North Park Place offers exceptional value for money. The one-bedroom apartment was very spacious, and although some furnishings were a little dated, everything worked well. What truly set our stay apart was the warmth and attentiveness of the reception staff, housekeeping, and security team. They consistently went above and beyond, and I’ll genuinely miss our daily interactions. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable!

We stayed here for 2 months, and our experience has been nothing short of amazing ⭐️ you’ll feel right at home with how friendly the staff is, how peaceful the area is. Rooms are very spacious, great layout, modern furnishings. Cleaning was 2x a week, housekeeping does an amazing job, they’re also very flexible on the cleaning. So good to hang out by the pool, the balcony, or down at the lounge. The surroundings are perfect for going on a walk, run or cycle! Golf cart service is also very convenient. The only con is it’s far from the city centre, but overall we had such a memorable stay.

I have been living in North Park Place for almost 2 months and I am so delighted with everything. The staff are caring, helpful and courteous, no reasonable request is too much trouble for them to fulfill. From the reception staff to the cleaners they are amazing! The apartments are beautiful and they are beautifully kept. The facilities are incredible. A 50 metre pool always sparkling clean and a good size gym with air conditioning. We stayed at NorthPark Place for 2 months and we truly enjoyed our stay there. The people are so nice and friendly, a special, shout out to Khun Porn and Khun Oh. Also, to all the front desk beautiful people, Mook, Ben, Nana and Ploy, you all are wonderful and doing a good job!

If you’re looking for a quiet place, and you don’t mind the occasionally take off from the planes at the nearby DMK airport this is your spot for Bangkok. Great for outdoor workouts like walking, running, golf, swimming, cycling, etc. Some of the facilities need an update but overall the Service apartment is in good shape and the staff is super friendly.

One of the most quiet, well appointed residential condominium in the area. Conveniently located between the Don mueng airport and the city centre with enough seclusion to keep you away from the hustle and bustle of Bangkok. Rooms are huge and offer good views of the golf course and surrounding gardens. Very little vehicle traffic making it perfect for jogging or even baby strolling. Safety is great as well as it offers round the clock security as well as private lift lobbies for ultimate privacy. Bonus is very roomy car parking and well lit. The only possible setback is that if you are having the munchies at midnight the closest 7-11 is quite a walk away. Approximately 1km. But a small setback to an otherwise charming place.

Stayed here for a month. Though away from hustle and bustle of city life but still near enough to Chaeng Wattana and the city. Staff was rather attentive to my needs. They even provided the choice of a golf buggy or the bicycle for me to get around the area based on my preference

The staff are so kind, helpful and gracious. The building and grounds are stunning. I would stay here again!
