Good treatment

I had a Hifu appointment at 1:00 PM today. I arrived around 12:55 PM but didn't see any staff. I waited until 1:14 PM and then messaged their Facebook page saying I'd been waiting for about 15 minutes. After a minute or two, a staff member came down and told me to wait about 20 minutes because the machine wasn't available. **"The machine isn't available"?** I had an appointment at 1 PM but had to wait 40 minutes. Is that how it should be? What's the point of booking an appointment if the machine isn't available? I want to share that I used a lot of patience with the service from the staff here. I had already purchased a course, but some of the staff seemed inattentive and unwilling to serve. They smiled, but it didn't seem genuine. I think I'll be using their services again. Anyone considering this place should think carefully.

The staff provided detailed advice, excellent service, and were all lovely. The doctor gave very good advice.

The staff are lovely and polite. The HiFu treatment was painless, and they were very kind and accommodating. You can tell them exactly where you want to lift. This place doesn't push sales like other clinics. I felt comfortable here and will definitely be a regular customer.

Allow me to refer to a previous review. I also received faulty service. The advertised promotion was HUTOX unlimited units, with a free touch-up if no results were seen. When I went for the free touch-up from the previous purchase, the sales staff, including the doctor, immediately opened a new promotion for me, costing another 2,999 THB – essentially double the price. The sales representative said: “I thought you were opening a new promotion of the same type.” The doctor said: “If you get a touch-up, you can only get 10 units, which won't show any results.” The doctor didn't even inject it! Why advertise a free touch-up if that's not the case??? They also added: “If we offered more than that, the clinic would lose money.” This was completely unmentioned beforehand. I initially saw some negative reviews, but I decided to try it anyway, not expecting this to happen to me. And there was absolutely no apology. I tried my best to remain calm today. Even explaining the situation, I received no good service or apology. Consider this a cautionary tale for everyone. Don't pay anything; we didn't need that promotion. I hope this foolish mistake will be useful to everyone who reads it. Thank you.

I went for a HIFU ultra treatment. I've never had it done anywhere before. The staff here did a great job; it was so relaxing I even dozed off during the procedure. They applied numbing cream beforehand, and the treatment itself didn't hurt at all. I brought my own sunscreen and applied it right after. The staff cleaned my face very thoroughly after the treatment.

If any customers are considering buying a course here, based on my experience, it was a terrible experience. 1. The staff are completely untrained and rude, making it feel like I was asking for free services. 2. The queuing system is poorly managed. Sometimes you don't get service, and sometimes you have to wait. 3. I received incorrect service and didn't even get an apology. I was only told to talk to the owner myself. 4. I called to report the issue, but the department hasn't taken any action. I had to follow up myself. There was no apology, and I had to keep waiting. 5. There was no follow-up or responsibility taken whatsoever, even though I had already paid for the course. That's it. Anyone considering buying a course here should think carefully, because I've never received such terrible service before. P.S. Finally, this is a very detailed review because the staff themselves said I was free to review as much as I wanted.
