💬 리뷰어들의 후기
The work is good, but the price is far more expensive than it should be. The quoted price doesn't include VAT, which is unusual compared to other places. Before the service, we don't know the final net price we'll have to pay. Also, they don't give a receipt after payment, so we don't know what the charges are or how much they are unless we ask. The sales staff are indeed trying to sell courses, as mentioned in other comments, but that's somewhat understandable. I recommend putting up a sign or promoting on LineOA instead. Only sell to those who are interested if they ask. Otherwise, it makes customers uncomfortable and discourages them from returning.
I used the foot spa service for the first time, and I think it will be my only time. Before the service, I informed the staff that I have diabetes and asked them to be careful with every step involving exfoliation, as any wounds would be at risk of infection and more difficult to treat than for someone without diabetes. The roughness on my soles decreased, but there were still many areas that weren't properly exfoliated and remained thick and calloused. Compared to the price and service I've experienced elsewhere, this was unreasonable. Furthermore, upon returning home, I experienced severe burning on the back of my toes and the soles of my feet. Upon inspection, I found a large tear in the epidermis, almost a centimeter wide, exposing red skin. This area shouldn't have been exfoliated at all, as it's soft tissue not in direct contact with the sole and not hard (I've never encountered this at other foot exfoliation salons I've been to). While I was trying to relax during the service, a salesperson kept trying to upsell me. Having been a salesperson myself, I understand this, but I was starting to find it unacceptable. They were desperate to sell me more services, and it became very uncomfortable. I tried to answer indirectly and directly, saying I wasn't interested and wasn't ready, but they lacked sales acumen. Their only focus was closing the sale, even though their facial expression clearly showed I wasn't happy. The salesperson greeted me very politely upon entering. After the sale couldn't be closed and I finished paying, not a single staff member bothered to help open the door, even though I was holding items in both hands. I can understand that, but it's still a bit much. Customers can sense it too.
The salesperson was so pushy it was uncomfortable. They also didn't inform me of the prices for the procedures, leading me to believe the prices listed on the page were the correct ones. I ended up getting a procedure done, and then they charged me incorrectly, making it more expensive than it should have been. One visit is enough.
They advertise a lot, and it's not far from my house. I figured if I liked their service, I'd become a long-term customer. I bought a promotional 1-hour foot spa course to try. When I arrived, the shop was quite small. The staff suggested changing the cream from the course I bought, for an additional 900 baht. Since it was my first time and I didn't know what it was like, I opted for the standard option. While the treatment was being done, another staff member sat in a chair next to me, playing on their phone with the volume on. I was a little confused why the shop would let a staff member sit in a chair meant for customers. The shop should provide a suitable space for staff to rest. The foot spa procedure wasn't like what was advertised. The results were just okay; not much different from before the treatment. At the end, I had to pay an additional tax on site. It wasn't much, but it wasn't included in the package price when I booked.
Today I had a Vietnamese hair spa and it felt so relaxing! The staff were very helpful, especially P'Nung and P'Bim, they were so lovely. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends and I'll be back for a third time! 😘🥰😍 …
They focus on hard sales and selling courses, but not on quality. The foot spa didn't remove the calluses properly, and the way they did it could cause ingrown toenails in the future. Goodbye, one time was enough.
I went to this foot spa branch for the first time and liked it, so I went a second time. A staff member came to sell me a course of treatment. I didn't really like being pressured into buying, but it seemed like a good presentation and the price seemed lower, so I bought something. I also liked the facial massage, so I bought that as well because the staff member was very polite (the second time I didn't buy anything, and it was fine). However, I was very unimpressed with the facial massage. I've had massages at many other places (6 places), and this is my 6th favorite (personally). The price I paid didn't justify the quality; both the procedure and the products used were disappointing. Sometimes, during the massage, I'd find strands of hair being pulled and stuck in my face. However, some of the staff at the foot spa were excellent.
I saw an interesting ad and contacted them to book an appointment. However, the service was nothing like the ad. I endured the treatment until it was finished, and when I went to pay, the salesperson, trying to sell me a course, asked which course they were promoting. She showed me the ad on her phone, then called another employee over. They both looked confused, asking which ad they'd recently shown, as there were several different ones. I was getting annoyed because she was trying to sell courses but didn't even know what they offered. The second employee didn't know which course it was either. A third employee came over, initially looking confused and stammering, saying it was the same service they provided. I asked how it was the same, saying it was completely different. She stammered, saying, "We just didn't use the foam in the ad. It's just the ad." She continued, "But we used the same products as in the video." Again, it was completely different. I asked about the purple markings, and she just kept stammering. I was like, "Huh... just an ad?" Isn't that misleading the consumer? The ad showed one thing, but they delivered something completely different. The first person at the counter, a man, saw our displeased expression and said, "I understand, you're here for this. I understand it's not as advertised." Hey... saying that is completely wrong. "Not as advertised" should have been expressed in a better way. This is a one-time thing, and I'll report it to the Consumer Protection Board if this isn't what I expected. I wouldn't have traveled this far for a regular foot spa. I came because of the difference shown in the ads; it was intriguing. The images were what the ads depicted, but the actual service was completely different. They sat on a sofa, squeezed a tiny bit of soap onto their hands to wash our feet. In the video, they sprayed foam generously all over our feet. They scrubbed like they were afraid of wasting it, squeezing out only a tiny amount of scrub. In the video, they scrubbed like crazy. There was no oil massage as shown in the video, no generous mask like in the video. There was just some kind of mask scooped into a bowl, and they applied it sparingly, almost invisible on the skin. I've included screenshots from the video. It was very interesting, but the actual service was completely different.
The shop is so hard-selling that it's uncomfortable. I think the shop's service is already good. The foot spa was very good. I was impressed. I think if it weren't for this hard-selling, I would definitely go back. But when I encountered this, to be honest, it was annoying and uncomfortable. I didn't want to buy anything. I want to improve it.
