Big facility for a car care place

This place offers a variety of services, not just rust removal. It's a car wash, car detailing, car spa, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, ceramic coating, air conditioning cleaning, and ozone treatment. The prices are mid-range, neither cheap nor expensive. The place is large and spacious, well-managed with clear divisions of responsibility and departments. The quality is acceptable, but... I'm deducting one star because the rust removal work wasn't done properly. The masking tape wasn't completely applied before spraying, and the rust remover spray was all over the engine compartment and inside the hood. However, I believe the shop can do a more thorough job. This is for improvement. ... 23/3/66 I'm deducting another star. Today I had the opportunity to inspect the underside of the car. Wow, it was a mess! The exhaust pipe, shocks, springs, and leaf springs were all damaged. I told them beforehand not to spray these parts and to cover them properly, but they still did. I'm angry... 29/3/66

The service is good. The buses are 95% clean and the service is fast. The waiting area has a TV and drinks ☕.

Flooded car, water got inside, took it to get the carpets cleaned, good service.

The quality is unacceptable. I've been a member for 5 years, but the quality is poor. The wash isn't clean, the finishing work is bad. If my membership expires, I won't get my car washed here again. When I opened the trunk, it was dripping with water and covered in dust stains. This is despite having the paint checked every 3 months. If this is the kind of wash they provide, I'm done with this shop.

An older employee was rude, criticizing our car for having a lot of cat hair. She spoke disparagingly and asked if we didn't have a vacuum cleaner at home. Please provide some training; we weren't asking for free service. If the car was already clean, why would we pay for it? It was a very upsetting experience.

It's a place my family and I have been using for nearly 40 years. I remember when I first drove my car, they had me have it coated monthly. 100% rust protection. Beautiful, long-lasting paint finish. They even have a waiting room where you can wait to get your car back. A great option for anyone looking for a car coating and rust protection.
