Terrible customer service. This just happened. I usually don't review people, but this is too much. I arrived at 7:15 PM and asked if there was a foot massage available. The owner said there was one at 7:45 PM and asked if I would be willing to wait. Before me, there was an older woman, who looked like a young woman, sitting there. I assumed she had a reservation, so I didn't pay much attention and replied that I could wait, about 20 minutes. I sat and waited because my feet were hurting and I really wanted a massage. Around 7:40 PM, a clean-cut, tall male masseur, who was decent-looking, came and served tea to the previous client. We started noticing the older woman (who looked like a young woman or effeminate man) staring at him, widening her eyes, and then turning back to the counter and telling the owner she wanted a male masseur instead. After a while, the owner went to the back of the shop and came back to tell me that we had to reschedule the massage from 7:45 PM to around 8:00 PM and that I would have to wait for another female masseur. I thought to myself, "What kind of excuse is this? Is this how you handle things?" They kept making me wait because they were satisfying that person's needs. So I turned around and said, "Then I'm not waiting." Why didn't you inform me from the beginning and handle customers like this? I understand that I arrived first, because they parked badly in front of the shop, making the road narrow. Even though I arrived first, I parked further away so I wouldn't park two cars close together and inconvenience others. I used to come here for foot massages about 8-10 times, even though I live far away. But the masseuses, both male and female, are good. At other places, I prefer male masseurs because I want a stronger massage. But encountering this kind of discriminatory treatment of customers and a lack of consideration for customers they might not know well is terrible. It's very unprofessional and the service standards are very poor.

Today's massage experience wasn't as impressive as the first time. I requested a two-hour massage at the counter, but the masseuse [a woman with white hair and red lips] only massaged me for one hour, and even then, she didn't seem willing. While I was lying face down, she rested her elbow on my back for a long time, and when I turned to look at her phone, she was busy! She also left before my scheduled time. She had no enthusiasm for service. I won't be going back.

The massage was very good. The service was very good. I was very impressed.

The shop looked clean and had a faint scent of herbs like lemongrass. I tried a 2-hour Thai oil massage for neck, shoulders, and back for 799 baht. The massage didn't quite reach all the pressure points, but the masseuse was very polite.

The shop owner is nice and lovely. The masseuse was excellent, constantly asking if it hurt, and if I wanted a stronger or gentler massage. I felt so relaxed and refreshed afterwards. I'll definitely come back.

Excellent service and a very skilled masseuse. I recommend this place to anyone with neck or shoulder pain.
