Great place

The management company is terrible. The service is awful. They charge higher maintenance fees and water bills than other places, but they don't improve anything. There are no CCTV cameras, no security guards. They don't seem to care about any development; they just sit around and eat.

I wish they would create a more shady landscape; there are too many cars parked here.

The parking lot is disorganized, with cars parked blocking the way and obstructing access to the residential building.
