Today I came for a check-up and physical therapy combined with Pilates. I have to say, I feel great. The clinic has a warm atmosphere with soft music that helps with mood. The physical therapy staff gave excellent advice. The Pilates instructor was lovely, provided information, and gave good, one-on-one care. The staff were all smiling and provided great service.

I tried the Hybrid Program here and was very impressed! 🌟 It's a program that combines physiotherapy and Pilates, providing both physical rehabilitation and exercise tailored to my specific needs. The staff here are all incredibly caring, attentive to detail, and customize the program for each individual. Plus, the place is clean, has a great atmosphere (and parking is available). I highly recommend it for anyone experiencing aches and pains or wanting to recover properly. 🩷

The aromatherapy massage was so relaxing! The atmosphere was wonderful. Although it's a shophouse, once inside it feels like being in nature. It's very homey and friendly, and they cater to your every need from the start. The massage service was excellent. ❤️🫰🏻 …

The place is great, like visiting a cafe. They have private consultation rooms before treatment. If you have a lot of money to spare, this place would be perfect because of the location and the care provided… I came for plantar fasciitis, and after the treatment I feel much better, less pain and fatigue in my feet. However, from what we discussed, at least 4 sessions are needed for the symptoms to almost completely disappear. If each session costs 3,700, then at least 4 sessions would be 14,800. Wow, that's quite a lot.
