I booked an appointment for 7:00 PM to have a mole removed. Upon arrival, I showed them the mole, and they immediately commented, "That's huge!" even though I had sent them a picture. We had already agreed on the price. Don't you have any patient information? That was the first problem. Then came the second: I waited until 7:58 PM, and they asked, "Are you living far away? Could you come tomorrow? The doctor leaves at 8:00 PM." What was the point of making me wait then?? Terrible management and service.

It was my first time getting my pimples extracted, and I was a bit confused because they used their fingers, but they were very thorough, finding every pimple. I had pimples on my jawline and neck, and they extracted them all. I was very happy with the result 💞 Unlike those clinics in malls where they only do a little bit of extraction.

It hurt so much. I've never had a pimple squeezed this painfully anywhere else. I even cried. They used a needle to prick it, then pressed with their finger, and then repeatedly squeezed the same spot. Is that right? The 599 baht package was supposed to include light therapy, but I didn't see any. I didn't want to ask because I was already in so much pain. I'm extremely disappointed. Today I had diode hair removal. There was no burning or stinging sensation; it was very comfortable on my skin and not painful at all. I recommend it for anyone who wants to remove unwanted hair.

The clinic is clean and the staff are very helpful. They offer free drinks. I've had my acne extracted here many times, and they're very thorough. Two IPL treatments have already removed my acne scars. The Hifu treatment is great; it's painless and the doctor performs it herself and gives lots of advice. ♥️♥️

The clinic looked nice from the outside, but going inside was quite confusing. I was confused about the acne extraction process: 1. They used their hands to extract the pimples. 2. They didn't use a new needle like other clinics (standard needles usually have a seal and a protective cover), but they didn't. 3. They applied a face mask using a damp towel instead of cotton pads. 4. After extracting, they didn't place the pimple head on the cotton pad to show it, but just brushed it away. My face was covered in blood and very messy. 5. I saw a doctor who gave me medication to apply. I was worried because the price was cheap, so I messaged them later to ask if it contained steroids. It turned out it did, but the doctor didn't mention anything about not using it continuously because my skin might become dependent on the substance. Overall, I was completely confused. It's my fault for wanting to try it hoping it would be cheap and effective. I want to go back to my trusty, honest clinic. 😭 And the extractions didn't remove all the pimples; several spots are inflamed, especially on my chin. I'm so stressed! 555555
