The technician is experienced, provides good advice, and has a gentle touch. They offer recommendations beforehand and let customers choose, without being pushy. I worked with technician Mon; she's lovely, kind, friendly, and has a very gentle touch.

Today I had the opportunity to get lip pigmentation done for the second time. This time it was done by a technician named June. The service was excellent; she was patient, took her time, and didn't rush. She even let me check after the procedure to see if I wanted to add anything else. I really liked that; she seemed very attentive to her customers. The staff at the counter were also very helpful. I'll definitely be back again! 😊

The head massage was relaxing, but it ended up making my muscles more sore than before. I'd seen reviews on Facebook and Instagram for a long time; just looking at them made me want to try it. I read the reviews beforehand, thinking I wouldn't have any bad experiences. Well, the reviews were true. I booked an appointment for 2 PM but got my massage at 2:30 PM. They said the admin had entered the wrong information into the system, even though I called twice. However, the shop fixed it and gave me a 10% discount. The beginning of the massage was very relaxing and enjoyable, but later it felt like they were exhausted; they just lightly touched and stroked me. I guess it's probably worth the price.

Me and my sister really enjoyed the head spa here. Even though we reached at the salon past the appointment time but they still accepted us and told us to wait for about an hour which was worth the wait. The service was so so so great. The staffs took care of us really gently and was so friendly. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to relax their mind, body and soul! I would recommend the salon to have ear cleaning step like Vietnamese/Chinese salons and opening other branches in different subdistricts. Would love to visit in future 😊

I've been a regular customer for 5 years. I've had lip tattooing done twice at the first branch, and this is my third time. I tried this branch because it's closer to my new home. All the staff are lovely, polite, and friendly. The technician who did my lips had a very light touch; it didn't hurt at all. After the lip tattooing, I did a Vietnamese hair spa. I'd like to give the owner feedback; everything is great, and the prices are very reasonable. However, I think the spa services could be improved. Compared to other places I've been to, the salon needs to develop those aspects further. If they can offer even better services, I'm sure customers will stay here and find everything they need. P.S. The staff are all skilled, but I just think the spa services could be enhanced.

The salon smelled wonderful when I entered. The hair spa and massage were very relaxing. I was very impressed. The staff took excellent care of me.
