Customer service requires massvie improvement. The facial lady and persons in charge of the volcanic lava spa were professional and friendly but there a guy who stood at the door when we first arrived. He only greeted my mom, showed her into the clinic to the sofa, and talked only to her. Then he only asked her to register and took her name for records, despite me being the paying customer. It was a horrible first impression. The salesman, after not being able to make sales from me, left the facial room and on his way out, said "this is only a 599 THB customer", implying that I'm worth less because I'm only paying for the trial. But overall, the clinic is clean and treatments are good.

Let me preface this by saying everyone's preferences are different. For me, it wasn't a good experience. I walked past, a staff member approached me, and I agreed to listen to their advice. I explained my problem, and they recommended services—following typical sales tactics to close the sale. I ended the sale and tried their service, even though it wasn't exactly what I wanted. During the service, they kept trying to sell me more things, which was very uncomfortable. However, the staff were helpful. I considered it a learning experience. Going forward, I'll research thoroughly before making a decision, not be easily swayed, and find a clinic that best suits my needs and problems. Be firm and don't use their services just to get rid of the persistent sales pitch. Businesses focused on sales tend not to recommend their services to customers or encourage repeat business.

Today I visited Etoile Clinic to try out some self-care treatments. My first time doing EM SLIM. It felt like my muscles were being constantly stimulated, like exercising without actually doing it myself. Afterwards, I felt slightly lighter. Followed by Lava Volcanic, which focuses on skin firmness and elasticity. Afterwards, I could feel my skin becoming noticeably firmer. Overall, it was great! Extremely hard sell, incredibly persistent. Even when I said no, they'd call other people to crowd around and keep pestering me. If it were really good, customers would upgrade their courses themselves. …

Today I did the hot stone spa and Smart Fat treatment, which helps burn fat and reduce belly fat. After the treatment, I felt so comfortable and relaxed, like the fat burned off really well. I loved it! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to reduce fat. The staff were very attentive and kept asking if I was in pain, but I didn't feel any pain at all. It was very relaxing!

I tried the volcanic stone spa here for the first time and it was amazing! I felt like my body's metabolism was much better, and I combined it with EM Slim. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the clinic was clean, and it's easy to get to. Highly recommend!

If you're expecting a full course of service, this isn't the place. Just trying it out won't make you want to buy. But if you do the full course, they do a good job. I think if they provided the best service from the moment customers tried it, it would make their purchasing decision easier and they wouldn't need to be pressured. Everyone would be able to decide to buy on their own. Anyway, the view is beautiful. And if you buy, there are freebies and chances to win prizes, but as I read in the reviews, it's a bit of a hard sell. In summary, overall, the service is good, but they need to create a real incentive for customers to buy by having a positive and memorable experience. Thank you for the complimentary face mask. They have blood pressure checks and weighing scales. They are attentive to customers to a certain extent.
