⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not bad! There are a couple of saunas, supposedly one 'normal temperature' and another 'very hot' though they felt similar in temperature when I visited. There is a spacious cold bath and a hot bath. The steam room has a mild herbal scent compared to other saunas where the herbal aroma is more intense. The service is ok. I like the grass jelly with brown sugar dessert which is served to customers. It seems like you can also ask the staff to mix concentrated tea or ยาหอม and they will also pour it on the sauna rocks for you. The building has a nice retro vibe and is a bit like a sento from the Showa era. Customers are mainly elderly Teochew but the sauna is open to anyone.

Everything is good but I don't understand why ladies can't go into the pool. I asked staff they said that as ladies have period but hello, ladies who have period will not go to sauna..I went to sauna in Chonburi, ladies and men can go into the pool even though it's not seperated pools You should go to see how they do.

Ice tea and fruits

It's just a short walk from Lak Song MRT station. It's a fairly convenient location, as it's directly accessible from Asoke. The facility is spacious with plenty of chairs. It's also spacious, with an open-air bathing area. A unique feature of this place is the two dry saunas. Once you open the entrance door, there are two other doors on the right and left. The one on the right is medium temperature, and the one on the left is high temperature. First of all, the medium temperature is plenty hot. Two large stoves make it feel like 95°C, and the regular water hoses keep the humidity high. It takes less than 10 minutes to finish. The cold bath is large and deep, and feels like an icy 17°C. The high-temperature sauna on the left door is definitely hotter. The second level, in particular, was so intense I felt like I was in danger. The ice-cold bath after the high temperature is, of course, fantastic. The complimentary items offered are watermelon, iced tea, and iced zenzai. Zenzai is a bit unusual, isn't it? The herbal steam was also quite intense, with a concentration and heat that made it difficult to see who was in front of you. This is definitely worth coming to if you want to take a really hot sauna bath.

I'm a regular customer. The place is great. The sauna is clean. The hot and cold pools are clean, deep, and wide. The price is only 250 baht, and they provide unlimited water, snacks, and fruit.

I would like to advise you that the drivers who flag down cars around 9 PM should not point their flashlights at you at all times. If you want to give them a ride, it depends on the service and the impression. If you give them a ride and then run to find another car without looking at the cars behind, that's a waste of 20 baht.

As of April 23, 2022, you'll be required to undergo an ATK check at the entrance. I paid the regular sauna fee of 230 baht plus an ATK fee of 60 baht upon entering (ATK was not available as of January 2, 2023). There's a mist sauna and a dry sauna. The dry sauna has a low-temperature room right after you enter, and a hot sauna room next door. The hot sauna is so hot that your ears hurt within a minute of entering. The cold water isn't blisteringly cold. There's also a mini hot pool. In the cold pool, there's a white woman with a red line like a no-parking sign above her, and something written in Thai. There was a sign there that said something like "No women allowed," but when I looked it up in Thai on Google Translate, it actually meant something like "Please use the hot and cold tubs." Also, there's a women's restroom, so it might not be exclusively for men. (I asked the cashier on my way out and she said women were allowed.) There are both indoor and outdoor rest areas, and smoking is allowed outdoors. There's also an outdoor sunbed area, and while there's a sign in Thai that reads "No smoking," it simply says "No smoking," so I think you can still use it. I think the English name of this sauna is "BESTLAND sauna & fitness."

This place is great! Entrance fee is only 250 baht, open to both men and women. There are steam rooms, two saunas, ice-cold water, and some rooms with super hot water. You can really cool off here! Question: Why can't women go into the cold water pool? Answer: Honestly, it's for hygiene reasons, it has nothing to do with menstruation or anything. Men are probably dirtier in fact. But the sauna also has ice-cold showers and separate restrooms. So, it's perfectly fine to come with your partner or loved one!
