This was my first time here. I saw the full price was 4,990 baht, discounted to 1,990 baht, and thought if it was good, I'd come often. However, I didn't feel it was "worth it" at all. In fact, I felt like I wasted my time on a two-hour session. I used a double room with another person for two hours. The cleanliness was substandard, the atmosphere, the smell, and the overall hygiene were all lacking. It wasn't relaxing at all. The massage therapists were chatting amongst themselves, which made me feel a little awkward, as if we had arrived too late for their working hours. But they insisted on continuing the service. Throughout the service, they constantly tried to sell me things – courses, products, etc. The equipment was stored haphazardly in the hallway. Compared to other spas, this one is far inferior. I've been to many places with much cheaper prices that have much better management. Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures. They tried to sell me courses from check-in to after the service. The worst part was that I accidentally transferred money twice (two of us, each thinking they were paying for the other, resulting in an overpayment of almost 4,000 baht). The staff asked if we wanted to buy a course right away because getting a refund would take a long time – "months." Even for a corporation, refunds don't usually take that long. This was a case of an incorrect transfer, not a regular product refund that could be processed immediately. It's possible to allow 1-3 days for coordination, but even after contacting the staff via LINE to follow up, they kept pressuring me to buy additional courses. Now it's been a week, and I haven't received a refund of almost 4,000 baht. Honestly, if they had refunded the money without taking advantage like this, I might have returned for other courses. But this dishonesty from the shop is unacceptable. Normally, I'm quite lenient and consider multiple perspectives, checking reviews of each place. But frankly, if Google offered a 0-star rating, I would give it to this place.

I used their services today and the staff were so lovely! The masseuse was amazing, and the staff at the counter were also very nice.

They try to sell courses from the moment you arrive until you leave. Even at the counter, you can barely relax during a two-hour spa session. They keep trying to sell you entire courses, adding extra scrubs, and pushing you to buy creams. It's very uncomfortable. I hope they improve this aspect of the service.

Perhaps the reviews don't match expectations. We gave 2 stars because there are still masseuses who are genuinely dedicated to their work. We go to many massage and body scrub salons, getting massages almost every week. We can tell who is good at handling clients and who is experienced and dedicated to their work. We came here for a body scrub based on reviews. There were two staff members who helped with the scrub, but the results were different on each side. We informed the staff, and they said it was due to the density of the buildup, but honestly, the other side looked the same before the treatment. They recommended that we come back for a repeat service. To be honest, we had high expectations, both before, during, and after the treatment, based on the reviews and because it's close to home. But we weren't impressed with several things. Luckily, we didn't buy a repeat course. Talking to the branch staff or admin again probably wouldn't help. It's okay. We'll go back to the salon we usually go to. Actually, the money isn't the issue, but the time wasted having to go back for a repeat service. Others might be luckier and not have a bad experience like we did.

Repeated mistakes. They're eager to sell courses, but the service is terrible. The only good thing is the massage therapist (BT). We keep using their services because of the BT; they understand our needs. The rest, the management and customer care, is awful. They leave customers waiting for their courses – the first time for 40 minutes. The second time, we bought a course but there was no equipment to use. The third time, there was a coordination error. The fourth time, they left us waiting for 20 minutes. We informed the counter staff, but they argued and blamed others for overlapping appointments. They didn't apologize or speak politely. We, the customers, are naive. We've endured this for 4 years. Each time a problem arises, we ask for another chance, but nothing is fixed. Most recently, they tried to sell us an additional course even though we had many days left on our old one (before the fourth problem). We were naive enough to help the salesperson. When a problem arose, we were dissatisfied and asked for a refund for the newly purchased course, which we hadn't even started using yet because we didn't know when our old one would expire. They couldn't resolve the issue and spoke rudely. Negotiations go unanswered; we have to constantly follow up. There are many other spas out there. Think carefully before using their services, especially for new customers. **Review based on real experience, actual service, and real payment.**
