To the Anantara Vacation Club Management I want to be connected directly to your management to escalate a complaint please. As I am honestly very dissatisfied and disappointed with this process. This whole episode with Anantara vacation club has been an absolute disaster. The arrangement was an attractive hotel stay with a caveat to attend a 90-120min presentation during my stay. Seems simple enough - allegedly there’s fine print you must check out before u attend if it’s ur last day…. I don’t recall seeing this anywhere Nor was this communicated to me at the invitation calls I had with Sales Rep Reema. The agreement copy was never shared. There was no email that stated this to me. The teams on the ground are not professional. No manager physically came to manage my situation with your hotel to attend this presentation. I’ve been sitting now in this lobby for an hour. I arrived at 9.55am The staff refuse to let me attend the presentation because they insist I must checkout. Their phone sales manager has called me multiple times demanding I must checkout before I can attend. This is absurd. My flight is at 6.30pm My late check out is 2pm This seasons is supposed to be 10am to 12nn (90-120mins) This isn’t a reasonable request and it doesn’t make any sense. I was told I have multiple timings and flexibility to attend this presentation anytime during my stay. Ur staff here insist I must checkout before I attend. Despite the fact that I’m seated here in the aviani lobby - the registration lady will not seat me for the presentation because this manager insists this??? I never received such clause on email nor was I was onboarded when I was checking in. (Which was another issue as despite knowing I was arriving early, no effort to prepare a room was made) small challenge here - it was not a problem and I left my luggage and went to all my work meetings. When I returned, I was not given any further advice on the vacation club protocol and was feeling sick the next day with stomach flu. So I postponed the viewing to Sunday Morning, 10am. So I made sure I had late check out so I have time to refresh myself before I leave for the airport. I was planning to lunch at the hotel before departure. My flight is not till past 6pm why should I check out early? I’ve extended a late check out for this reasons so I’m not rushing around and I have time to refresh before my flight. I’m here as I said I would to attend at 10am - arrived at 9.55am but their insistence is I must checkout - zero flexibility… this was never communicated when they invited me to go for this deal and presentation. It was always stated I must attend the presentation and I committed to do this. I’m sitting here it’s 11.03 as I type this. I have never experienced this with Marriot Vacation Clubs team. And I’m honestly very very disappointed here. I want a direct email to the management/manager here please - to escalate this issue. Can you please share this.

There’s a fly on the plate in the breakfast buffet , they’ve ignored everything but want to sell higher value of the member. I think this is the brain-washing organization which only indoctrinated their staffs to take zero responsibility and hard selling. Avoid at all costs.

Location beside chao praya river and scenic view..you can see asiantiq at the opposite bank..although quit far from city center but they provide river shuttle for free to the main pier at sathon..from there you can connect to others place via boat or bts silom line..
