Having visited Bangkok countless times, I can confidently say that Capella Bangkok is truly on another level. The entire staff operates like personal butlers, attending to every guest's request with meticulous and seamless care. When choosing a hotel in Bangkok, the pool environment is always a top priority for me. While the pool at Capella isn't the largest and doesn't feature a direct river view, it provides the exclusive and relaxing comfort of a private pool. It is immaculately maintained, and the staff's attention to detail is exceptional. I want to give a special shoutout to K Golf and K Oat, who made our poolside experience absolutely flawless. They anticipated our needs before we even had to ask, preparing everything in advance just like dedicated private butlers. Their proactive and thoughtful service made our time there truly perfect. I can't help but put Capella at the top of my list for my next visit.

This place is wonderful for a weekend break even when you work in Bangkok like me. We had a room upgrade and late check out, allowing us to spend time relaxing and using full services and facilities. The staff were very professional in all aspects. The bar was lively and fun. The water therapy was interesting and special. I definitely look forward to coming back again. Thank you for such a great time.

Stayed here for my birthday with my wife in October last year. I wanted a special memorable birthday and that’s exactly what I got. The staff are incredible, friendly and engaging from the moment you walk in, attentive to your every need. I did mention it was my birthday when I booked and there was a small cake and balloons waiting in the room for me as a surprise, such a nice touch! The bed in room is the type i would gladly rope myself too and refuse to leave! It’s like sleeping on a cloud that only rains marshmallows. The small balcony has panoramic views of the river and is a great place to relax and have a glass of their Capella label champagne (yes, you heard me, their own label! It’s very good too.) We chilled and ate by the pool, was great! We enjoyed the happy hour cocktail gathering. Even greater! We had dinner at the Stella, the jazz bar, where the singer suddenly sang happy birthday to me and they brought me another cake! Great, great, great! The next day I took the free yoga class at 7am which was very professional and helped an old non supple guy like me. Then my wife joined me and we had breakfast (with more Capella champagne!) by the river. Service was great and my wife said the beef rib soup was the best she ever had. Then we returned to the room and enjoyed the deep bath service (simply call and they come and prepare it for you to the perfect temperature with mountainous bubbles.) Then, comes the difficult part, checking out! You know it’s good when it’s so hard to leave. Huge thanks to Jonathan and the rest of the Capella team for making my birthday extra special. I can’t wait to come back 🙏🏽

Our recent stay at Capella Bangkok was nothing short of exceptional. Having stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, we can honestly say this is the best hotel we have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, every detail was handled with genuine care and attention. The service was impeccable throughout - warm, intuitive, and consistently going above and beyond without ever feeling overbearing. What stood out most was how wonderfully the team treated our children. They were made to feel just as valued and special as the adults, which made the entire experience even more memorable for our family. A particularly special touch was the Capella Culturist service, which felt like having a personal butler on hand at all times. Being able to contact them via WhatsApp for anything we needed - recommendations, arrangements, or small requests - was seamless and incredibly thoughtful, and truly set the hotel apart. It’s rare to find a place where everything feels flawless, but here we genuinely struggle to think of a single fault. We were completely spoiled from start to finish. If you are looking for a hotel that truly defines world-class hospitality, this is it. We would absolutely love to return.

A very relaxing stay and experience at Capella Bangkok. The rooms overlooking the view of the river is amazing. Loved the customer experience from the day we stepped in to the property till we depart. Huge shoutout to Monpriya and her team! We hope to be back soon 🤗

This is our second stay at this hotel and it was a good as our first stay. We stayed in the river front premier king room. It spacious suitable for couples or a family of 3 with an extra bed. Bathroom is also big with great ambience and a large bathtube. The view from the room is great, you can watch the sunset over chaopraya river on your bed. View at night is also beautiful you can watch boats and party boats go up and down the river. Breakfast is also one of the highlight of this hotel, Thai food are delicious but the Japanese and Korean options are also great. Spa here is also award winning with complimentary jacuzzi and steam room but booking advance is recommended. Hotel is kinda pricey thou but they have great offers on Thier website sometimes.

First visit to Stella Bar at Capella Bangkok ✨ Loved the ambience. Smooth jazz, a stunning white peacock and a dreamy setting. Nook recommended me a beautiful non-alcoholic drink that tasted as good as they looked. Best part? Thoughtful service. He offered to take photos and even brought a charger when he notice that my phone battery life was running low. The attention to detail made it truly memorable. Definitely coming back!
