The spa was clean, relaxing, and comparable in quality to a 4–5 star hotel. The therapist was highly skilled and provided excellent service. All staff members were friendly and welcoming.

I went in to ask what services they offer, but the staff couldn’t explain things clearly. They kept trying to sell courses and only talked about prices, pushing me to buy packages with multiple sessions. It was a very uncomfortable experience—I’ve never encountered anything like this at other places.
