I am very disappointed with my experience at this massage shop. I paid for a 60-minute massage, but the session ended after approximately 45 minutes. The massage quality itself was below expectations and felt rushed throughout. What made the experience worse was being asked to pay a mandatory tip at the end, despite this not being disclosed or explained before the service. If tips are compulsory, customers should be informed upfront before making a booking or payment. Overall, I felt misled and did not receive the full service I paid for. Transparency and honesty are important, and unfortunately this experience left me feeling cheated rather than relaxed.

I have come to this massage a few times. It's excellent clean and very good masseurs. My regular person is Bank, he is really great.
