Ruen Butsaba Wellness Massage

This was my third time getting a massage, and I was with a new masseuse. The massage was excellent. The masseuse, named BB, was very polite. And she massaged the right spots. The service was great; I've been impressed every time I've been there.

I would not recommend this place at all. This was my first and probably last time. The counter staff were extremely rude. They were playing TikTok loudly. The massage room is right next to the reception area, separated only by a curtain, so you could hear everything. I asked them to stop, but they ignored me and kept playing. They didn't care about the customers at all. The massage therapists were also too afraid to ask because they didn't want to cause a conflict. It became a situation where I, as a customer, had to tell them, and even then, they didn't listen. I've never experienced anything like this in any other salon.

I called to inquire about booking an appointment, but the admin seemed confused and told me to just come to the shop. When I actually got there… the female employee couldn't answer my questions and just said to wait to speak to someone else. 1. The employee couldn't explain the difference between the massage, body scrub, and exfoliating treatments offered. 2. They said they couldn't do an aromatherapy massage + body scrub; they didn't know how. 3. They also couldn't do the exfoliating treatment. 4. When I asked about the difference between an aromatherapy massage and an oil massage, they only said the difference was the scent (the price difference is 100 baht). 5. They said they couldn't do an aromatherapy massage for two people because there's only one room, so they can only massage one person at a time.

My first experience was very impressive. The male masseur was excellent and the massage was superb. It's perfect for people with tense muscles, stiff backs, and numb hands. It also helped me sleep better. I highly recommend it, from someone who loves massages.

The massage was relaxing and the place was very clean.

All the masseuses are very skilled. My daughter loved them and was especially fond of Masseuse Nui.

The service is good, the massage is excellent and worth the price, and the shop has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere.
