Reception service was good. Food was cold. Didn’t have knives for eating breakfast . Was considering staying 2 extra nights but moved out.

The room would have been fine but they were doing refurbishing on the room next door early in the morning, so we couldn’t sleep. The reception staff also kept calling over and over before 12:00 on checkout day. I’ve never had this happen at a hotel. One call is one thing, but this was ridiculous. Also, you can hear through the doors into the hallway really badly.

This my third time staying. Was not good because morning very noisy since 6am from customer but I can’t blame hotel. But at 9-10am the hotel stafff house keeper was so noisy talking loudly at level 7. Its was so bad thus time. I won’t stay there again.

Checkin was ok they will keep a deposit of 500bath. Overall it's clean but have to go via a parking lot to enter the rooms. Room is not great but it was clean. Rooms are not sound proof. No safety deposit locker. No wardrobe or iorning board. Dental kits and amenities are chargeble. Room service menue is basic but affordable. Breakfast needs to improve and there were no buffet tags. Restaurant staff were friendly. Security is helpful. Some items in the menu is not available. Hotel don't allow Alcohol and operates as halal (no pork) which is not an issue. Checkout was a mess as a housekeeping member had to give false information to front office to deduct from deposit. However she recovered well. Due to this last moment incident not recommending but need to emphasize not Front office fault.

The service is excellent when you compare with the room price. All of staff are very polite. The room is even better than some hotels that have higher price. It’s even more convince if you will go to concert at impact. They have van drop-off and pick up.

Friendly receptionist and the staff who take care of the car park area. Room is nice. The bed and blanket were comfortable. The Room is really clean. 2 drinking water provided, water heater and water pressure are good. Shampoo and soap provided. AC is in good condition and it is really cold haha. The only things need to be careful of is the floor in the room and toilet are quite slippery. Elderly may also need to be extra careful when walking in the room and in out of the toilet. It cost us only 580 baht/ night for double bed room during weekend. Highly recommended.

The hotel is clean. The receptionist is very good. He is a Muslim. The room is spacious, clean, and the air conditioner is cool. Overall, there is nothing wrong. The price is cheap. I recommend it if you come to visit. There is coffee and bread in the morning.

The room is what you can get with the money. Staff at front counter were so nice and so were the other staff. Breakfast was great for the money. There is nowhere to go if you don’t have a car.
