I've endured it for almost 2 years, and today I finally made up my mind and went to this salon for a haircut. The service was excellent. The female stylist was very gentle and offered encouraging words, which helped me not to overthink or worry. Thank you so much. I feel so relieved now.

The receptionist wasn't very welcoming. The foot spa cost 450 baht for 30 minutes. When it was finished, I was a bit surprised it was already over. It didn't feel worth the price; it wasn't relaxing or comfortable. I regretted spending the money. My boyfriend also said it wasn't good and felt like a rip-off. It wasn't worth the money.

I drove a long way, specifically to try a different salon. In short, the work was sloppy. The cuticle trimming was poor, and even after requests for corrections, it was the same. The staff should have checked the work, but instead, they asked the customer what needed fixing. The nail filing was uneven, with sharp edges. I had to refile my nails myself at home to refine the details. My first impression was negative. The staff were uninterested upon arrival; they had only just communicated via chat. When I got there, I had to ask what work was being done. I enjoy getting my nails done, but I don't get gel polish or extensions. Perhaps the salon isn't skilled in those areas. Spa treatments require more attention to detail. I'm not sure if it was the staff or the owner, but they made a mess on the floor. They only wiped once with a mop, without rinsing it again. The technician was wearing slippers, but the customer was barefoot. Please improve hygiene. The only positive point was the massage chair.

I've always used foot gel and it was okay, not too expensive. The technician recommended a foot spa, advertising it as incredibly relaxing, so I decided to try it. Turns out, the technician did a quick job, finishing in less than half an hour. Beforehand, I asked via chat how long it would take, and the shop said 50 minutes. In reality, they just wrapped the feet with solution briefly, and only a small amount of the cracked, calloused skin on my heels was removed; my feet are still cracked. In total, it cost 450 baht. I left the shop regretting spending the money. One foot spa is enough for me.

There's a hair spa and facial massage service open. Try the 999 baht set; the facial massage alone is worth it. I highly recommend trying it.

I wouldn't recommend it. I can't offer any constructive criticism. They said the customer was too picky and the nail work wasn't good. They should have been direct about it. It's unacceptable that the customer was so demanding. Luckily, my staff handled the situation well. We survived because of my staff.

The service was excellent! So meticulous and attentive. The promotional price was fantastic. I especially loved the spa chair... so comfortable and it gave me a massage at the same time. Highly recommended! I will definitely be back.
