Today I had the opportunity to use the services of a massage shop. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt clean, organized, and very relaxing. The receptionist was polite and provided good information about the various services.

The massage was extremely strong and fast. The rhythm was completely off; there was no gentle, relaxing pace at all. It was so painful that I was left with bruises, as you can see in the picture. I used to be a regular customer, having had more than 10 massages there. I went very frequently, but I stopped going for about 3 years. This was my first time back in 3 years, and I feel terrible. I usually trusted this shop, partly because the owner was attentive to customers and dedicated to running the business.

Normally, if I need a massage, I always go here. My first time was amazing – quiet, peaceful, and the massage therapists were excellent. I went many more times after that. However, when I went with my sister for a couples massage, the therapists talked a lot and the massage wasn't as good, so I stopped going as often. Earlier in 2025, I went with my sister, and the therapist was fantastic! They didn't talk much, only asked if it hurt, it was quiet and peaceful, and the massage was amazing. My sister said we should tip them, so we did. But most recently, on October 16th, 2025, the therapist massaged me painfully. It seemed like their pressure was too light and they weren't comfortable massaging me properly. They also seemed unwell, breathing with a runny nose throughout the massage, and weren't wearing a mask. They might have wiped their nose during the massage, but I'm not sure, so I didn't mention it. However, I felt more pain this time than before, and the pain didn't go away. I hope they'll be more careful and maintain their standards. Regarding responding to LINE messages, I understand they might be busy, but reading the message and not responding to confirm the booking, or skipping over the questions and going straight to the booking, is a bit disappointing. I still want to use their services though!

I really like the massage and the service. They take great care of the customers.
