Weak massage, wasted money, worked all day. Don't even bother opening. If the masseuse doesn't have the strength, she's not even there. She did her best, but the owner is terrible at communicating and doesn't listen to customers. Don't come to a place like this. Don't claim the shop has standards; it's definitely below standard. I was hoping for a massage but ended up disappointed. Don't blame the masseuse; she did her best, but she lacked the pressure. Why didn't you go? I checked my phone at 10:30 today. This wasn't a formality – but you actually went, so how can you say you didn't? I'm confused. A bad massage is bad; there was no pressure. But to say I intentionally discredited the shop is... what? I'm so confused. I thought extending the time would be acceptable, considering the high price. I tolerated it because I never considered changing masseuses. 450 baht/hour is expensive, like in a mall, but the pressure was lacking. The masseuse did her best, but the owner said the shop has standards and the masseuses are trained, but the massage was so light it was like not massaging at all. I'm not criticizing the masseuse, but the owner's communication and lack of customer service is appalling. It's a waste of money. I'm disappointed. I went for a massage and this is what happened. I'm upset, and my pain is even worse when I get home because the massage didn't reach the right pressure points.

The massage therapist seemed completely inexperienced. Her massage techniques were haphazard. In 1 hour and 30 minutes, she just rubbed and stroked the area around my right waist for most of the time. It was mostly oil application and pressure point massage; she used her elbows to press on the bones. I paid a total of 1350 baht for a massage that only involved applying oil and balm and pressing pressure points. I was looking for a deep tissue massage, as I paid for a Thai massage focusing on muscle release. She couldn't even properly distribute the oil across my back. I don't know how other massage therapists work, but I don't regret the money spent, just the disappointment of having a massage from someone who lacked expertise.

I had a 2-hour Thai massage with masseuse (Nee). It was a great massage; she gently released tension and relieved my back, shoulder blade, and calf stiffness. After the massage, I felt lighter and more relaxed. I'll definitely come back again.
