TOYOTA BUZZ Kaset - Nawamin branch

Went here to look at a new Camry liked the car made a booking paid deposit on October 31st 2024, was told car would arrive in December it didn't. I recieved my car 3 month later on the 31st January 2025. I don't think this was the fault of Toyota Buzz but rather Toyota making promises they couldn't keep not informing Toyota Buzz of correct delivery time. The I went in today to have a defective window film on the drivers door redone they brought the can back after 2 hours but left watermarks on the door asked if they could clean it said just water. It's all about the service recieved I left not happy

We took our Cross for 6 month service today. Like checking into an hotel. There was free coffee,snacks and food on hand. Charming staff and a verbal report by chief mechanic at the end. A great experience..thankyou Toyota Buzz. All in all about 5hrs there ,TV,comfortable seating and so clean!!

Parking: A lot of parking space in front of the place. (Free) Very convenient, very few customer most of the time.

It's a car dealership, what can you possibly say about it. Actually, it's an experience that goes beyond a mere car dealership. The customer service is top notch. They have: Free coffee, pasteries, large TVs, massage chairs, and so much more to make taking your car in a painless experience.

Very nice service but English spoken staff shortage

Service is good which I expected as pricing is quite steep. There could be long queues even if appointments were made days ahead. There are some refreshments for those who wait.

Dress nicely when you visit here. Otherwise sales staffs here may look down you and won’t address any of your inquire in a proper manner. They are more busy to play their mobile phones rather interacting and greeting with customers. Calling and asking are useless at this branch. Worst Toyota dealer shop ever!

Very good service and very friendly. Free cold and hot drink (self-service).Big showroom and they also have workshop. Buy car, or repair (claim insurance) all in one place.
