Thaya Nails & Spa

I got a hand and foot spa at Thaya Spa. The service was great, the admin responded very quickly, the atmosphere inside the shop was nice, and the staff were lovely. They could do any design I wanted.

Have you ever had nails so beautiful you wanted to show them off? Everyone, read this! It was amazing, I was so impressed. The technician was attentive, paid great attention to detail, and gave great advice. I got nail extensions + a spa treatment and it was fantastic. I had it done by technician Ann (sorry, I don't remember her name very well). She paid great attention to detail. The shop is clean and easy to get to. It's now my favorite nail salon.

I didn't think filing down my gel nails would make them this thin. They're so thin they're red, look at the color difference at the base of the nail. After they filed them down, I went exercising and my nail broke, luckily it didn't go into the flesh. I understand it's probably difficult to make them perfectly smooth, but they didn't do it properly. This will be my last time here. For those who went there but aren't getting them removed, maybe it's better not to read this review. But this shows they didn't put enough effort into their service.

There are several added charges. It's best to ask for the price before proceeding. Here are the prices I paid today (as detailed by the admin after the service was completed, as I was confused by the price at checkout and the details didn't match what the technician quoted, although the total amount was the same): - Gel polish for hands and feet: 690 THB - Glitter tip polish (hands only): 780 THB (Normally 790 THB, but this was just a small amount of glitter on the tips - a 10 THB discount!) - Holographic effect on hands: +200 THB (but they used a brown holographic effect, without applying a base color first) - Holographic effect on feet (hidden effect): +300 THB - Care gel polish on hands: +200 THB (I asked about this, and they said they forgot to charge me) Total: 2170 THB Last time I did a hand and foot spa + gel polish. The technician rushed because there were other clients waiting. This time I didn't do the spa because I wanted them to have time to do a more detailed job. End of review.

I came for a foot spa and manicure. The staff were excellent; skilled, clean, polite, and meticulous. I will definitely come back again.

This is a very meticulous nail salon. The technicians are slow, attentive, and precise in every detail. The prices are good and well worth it. The shop is clean and the staff provide excellent service. I'm a regular customer and will continue to patronize them. :)

The nail salon and spa services are excellent. The staff are lovely, the service is great, and they offer complimentary water and tea. Compared to other salons with similar prices, this is exceptionally good.
