Terrible management and awful customer service! Absolutely DO NOT recommend! I booked an appointment for a massage therapist at night through Line in the afternoon. The administrator explicitly replied that it was confirmed. Right before heading out to the shop, I double-checked and verified the appointment again, and the administrator confirmed once more that everything was set. However, when I arrived, the staff on-site told me there was no record of my reservation. After a long back-and-forth, they wasted a massive amount of my time. To make matters worse, the staff claimed they couldn't find the administrator who took my booking. I tried calling the administrator directly through Line, but they completely ignored my calls—a total act of avoidance and irresponsibility. Their terrible management made me come all this way in the middle of the night for absolutely nothing! The most unacceptable part was that nobody even bothered to offer a basic apology. Chaotic management, evasive attitude, and zero integrity. Think twice before booking here unless you want to waste your time and energy and money!

The staff were very responsive and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The massage therapists were excellent, especially Lion, who provided a superb and relaxing experience. The spa itself is very clean, aesthetic, and well-maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms that added to the overall ambiance. I highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a quality and relaxing experience in Bangkok.

I went for a massage with Pond 2. She's a great masseuse and very polite. I recommend her. The room is spacious, clean, and the bed is nice and big.

My first massage in Bangkok and STARS made it easy — quick replies setting up the appointment and clear directions to the place. The lobby sets the tone right away: orchids everywhere, a little lily pond, that calm Thai-temple vibe. I usually book the 2-hour in a VIP room (private jacuzzi, lotus on the towel — the works) and have tried a few of the therapists. Strong, consistent pressure and they actually remember what you prefer. The out-call is just as good — same quality at your hotel. Great value for what you get. Strongly recommended!
