The massage was amazing! I loved my first session, so I signed up for a second. The facial massage wasn't enough; they even included a neck, shoulder, and back massage afterwards. It was so relaxing and comfortable. My face feels so soft. The service was great and the staff were very friendly.

We went for mole removal service. Before the procedure, we exchanged photos to inquire about the price and scheduled an appointment. Upon arrival, we were puzzled that it was in a condo; we thought it would be a physical shop. The technician came down to greet us and took us up to the room. Before starting the procedure, the technician didn't inform us of any price adjustments or details. The technician said they had a follow-up appointment and suggested using a cold compress instead of numbing cream, which we didn't mind. After the procedure and payment, they didn't inform us that there would be an additional charge if the mole wasn't completely removed. Three weeks after the procedure, we noticed a mole remained and contacted them. The technician said we could come in, but there would be an additional charge. We were confused about why there was an additional charge. The technician said it was only for the needle and that a repeat procedure would be needed. We pointed out that we weren't informed beforehand about the additional charge for incomplete removal. The technician said it was the first case they'd encountered where an incomplete removal occurred, so they didn't mention it. We were confused; is that acceptable? We asked if the customer was responsible for the additional cost. The technician sent pictures of other clients. We wouldn't mind paying extra or if the price was higher if they had informed us beforehand. But the technician didn't inform us, didn't show any responsibility, and even tried to shift the blame to the customer, which made us feel very disappointed.

It was well worth it! Great service, high quality, very refreshing and relaxing. They have products for clearer skin, and they offered helpful advice without pushing products.
