I walked a lot during my trip to Bangkok, and without realizing it, my body and mind were quite tired. But I truly felt refreshed at Vie Spa, my last stop. The luxurious and tranquil atmosphere, the clean and beautiful rooms, and the feeling that a special time was beginning the moment I stepped inside—it was all so relaxing. The staff were consistently attentive and their thoughtful touches were incredibly pleasant. The treatment was performed with just the right amount of pressure; my shoulders and legs, heavy from travel fatigue, felt wonderfully light, and by the end, not only my body but also my mind felt refreshed. It was the perfect luxurious and relaxing way to end my Bangkok trip. It's a wonderful spa that I would definitely like to return to when I visit Bangkok again.

This was my first time using their services. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. They offered me water and snacks. The atmosphere was very relaxing. The massage was excellent, extremely relaxing, I almost fell asleep.

I revisited for a facial treatment and to pick up the MARGY'S products I had ordered. Mint, whom I met again, welcomed me with even greater kindness. Aor, who handled the facial treatment, was also very friendly, signaling the start and end of the session, providing a massage with just the right amount of pressure, and patiently waiting for the care to finish. I visited because I wanted to stay and relax at the VIE Hotel. It is a spa that focuses primarily on body and facial treatments. I did not see a separate steam room or sauna within the spa. It appears that if desired, you can enjoy spa services separately in a room with a bathtub. I saw a steam room located near the gym across the way, but I am not sure if it is available for spa guests to use. Upon entering, both the reception staff (Mint) and the therapist (Yow?) welcomed me very kindly, which put me in a good mood. It is not easy to receive such hospitality from the therapists as well, even when visiting high-end spas, so I was truly touched. After the consultation, they recommended an aroma oil massage, and since I also enjoy oil massages, I chose that option. They use Bawa for their body products. The oils available for selection were almond, olive, and rose. While rose is quite common at other spas, almond and olive are rare, so they felt special. I ultimately chose olive, and I was satisfied with its subtle scent. If I visit again, I would like to try the almond oil as well. True to the style of a luxury hotel spa, the session proceeded at a leisurely pace. The therapist spoke English, and their service and touch were top-notch. They used linens very well, and the texture of the fabric was excellent. It felt like it was over 180 thread count. In particular, the elasticity of the massage bed, the sheets, and the fill power of the pillows were perfect. I felt like I could even sleep there. The intensity could be adjusted to "more soft" or "more deep," and I loved that they didn't rush me. I get regular massages in Seoul at a similar price point, and my assigned therapist there has experience at high-end spas like La Prairie, but there was no significant difference. I use MARGY'S for my facial products. I noticed the product was identical to one I had seen at the Peninsula Spa, so I asked about it. They confirmed it was the same product and told me that this brand is only available at two hotel spas in Bangkok: VIE Spa and the Peninsula. Since it is a Swiss brand and I usually use European and Swiss skincare products, I expressed my interest. They kindly and readily allowed me to try a tester and even personally opened the products for sale, making it very comfortable to experience the items. I would love to visit again. I stayed at VIE Hotel for 6 nights, mainly to relax, and decided to visit the spa. The spa focuses primarily on body and facial treatments. There didn’t seem to be a separate steam room or sauna, but it looks like guests staying in rooms with bathtubs can enjoy in-room spa menus if desired. Upon arrival, both the receptionist (Mint) and my therapist (Yow?) gave me such a warm welcome—it’s rare to feel so genuinely cared for by both, which was impressive and memorable. After a brief consultation, the consultant recommended an aroma oil massage, which I gladly chose since it’s one of my favorites. They use Bawa body products, and guests can choose from almond, olive, or rose oils. As rose is quite common at other spas, I’d suggest almond or olive for something different. I picked olive, which had a gentle and elegant scent I truly enjoyed. Next time, I’d love to try almond. As expected from a luxury hotel spa, the entire experience felt unhurried and refined. The therapist communicated well in English, and her technique and demeanor were exceptional. The lines felt soft and high-quality, and the massage bed and pillow were so comfortable that I could’ve easily fallen asleep there. The pressure was well-adjusted at my request (from “more soft” to “more deep”), and there was never any rush. I regularly get massages in Seoul at a similar price range—my therapist there has experience at La Prairie Spa—and the quality here was just as impressive. For facial treatments, they use MARGY’S products—the same luxury Swiss brand used at The Peninsula Spa. When I mentioned my interest in European skincare, Mint kindly let me try some testers. The products had the refined, subtle fragrance characteristic of luxury skincare. There’s a promotion currently available, and I’m considering taking advantage of it.

The massage was excellent, with great pressure. I felt much more relaxed after the massage. The service was great, as expected from a hotel spa. Worth the price. I'll definitely come again.

Worst (and most expensive) massage I had on my month long trip to Thailand. The real issue though was the incredibly loud construction going on that made it sound like a drill was going through the wall the entire hour - it made it impossible to relax and I just wanted it to be over. While they may not be responsible for the construction I found it incredibly rude not to acknowledge that insane level of noise and at least offer earplugs instead of pretending it wasn’t happening. If you go here I would pack earplugs or check with them beforehand if the construction is still going on. Also for that price they really should let you use the pool located directly next to the spa, they said no which is very cheap of them.

I tried it once while staying at the hotel, and I was very satisfied and happy. First of all, the facilities were great, and all the staff were very friendly and professional. The massage therapist was really good, and she made sure I received the massage in a comfortable environment. It was the best massage I've had in Bangkok. I plan to visit again. I often visit Bangkok, and this was the best spa I've ever experienced there. I made a reservation while staying at a hotel and visited. I received an aromatherapy massage, and the oil scent was not overpowering, but rather luxurious. I loved it. And most of all, it was incredibly refreshing. The masseuses' skills were excellent. They effectively relieved my tension without causing any pain. My husband and I went, and we were both incredibly satisfied. The facilities are well-maintained, and the service is friendly and excellent. If you're looking for a proper massage and spa experience, I highly recommend Vie Spa. It's just a minute from Ratchathewi Station, so it's convenient even if you're not staying at the hotel.
