One thing I've learned when travelling in Thailand is this: if you see lots of locals at a place, chances are it's really good. That's exactly the case with Health Land. Health Land is one of the most famous places for a traditional Thai massage, and after coming here a few times, I can understand why. For 700 baht, you get a 2-hour massage, which is excellent value for money. The place is clean, well organised, and professionally run. The therapists are experienced, and the whole environment is relaxing from the moment you walk in. For me, every baht spent here is worth it. If you're in Bangkok and looking for a proper Thai massage, Health Land should definitely be on your list. 👍💆

⭐⭐⭐ Decent massage in a massive villa, but expect a tourist crowd and a wait! The venue itself is quite striking—it operates out of a very large, beautiful villa. However, because it is such a famous chain, it feels highly commercialized and is constantly packed with large groups of tourists from all over the world (Vietnam, Korea, China, India, etc.). Because of the massive crowd, our group had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes before our room was finally ready. As for the massage itself, the experience was just decent and okay. It definitely gets the job done if you need to rest your legs after a long day of walking, but it is not a particularly exceptional or mind-blowing spa experience. On the positive side, the private rooms and beds are kept clean and tidy. Overall conclusion: A standard, reliable option if you need a massage, but be prepared for a busy, bustling atmosphere rather than a quiet, personalized spa retreat!

Its been almost 10 years since I last came and the whole building is upgraded. They maintain the ambience really well. The massage is good, though i prefer to have hot towel not only at the back, but the feet as well. I would not hesitate to go back again everytime i visit Thailand as I always did ☺️ Price wise: 1200 thai baht for 90mins aromatherapy is still relatively reasonable for me. Highly recommend people who looking for clean, hygienic spa with a touch of luxury.

We couldn’t get an appointment online but decided to just walk in because we wanted to but their cream. We decided to go for their tray massage and was not disappointed. Price was affordable at 700 bht for 120 mins. Walking into the lobby I had no idea what I was in for. The lobby was nice but I didn’t expect this level of luxury from the room and service. The masseuse was friendly and the work they put in I think they should all be tipped!!

Health Land Spa & Massage Asoke is a very convenient spa that warmly welcomed us even without a reservation. The staff kindly recommended a traditional Thai massage, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The session lasted a full two hours, with perfectly balanced pressure and stretching techniques that worked deep into the muscles. It was incredibly relaxing and satisfying from start to finish. After the treatment, I felt completely refreshed and re-energized. It’s a great place to recover from travel fatigue, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok.

Good Place to relax your whole body as the massage done here was soo good, they do gentle and it is much decent places where full body massage is done by professionals, you will feel much better after the massage, excellent service, please call them and book appointment before you visit or we will end up waiting for longer time in the reception.

From the moment you enter, you’re welcomed by a soothing and pleasant aroma that fills the entire space — it smells absolutely wonderful and sets the mood right away. When it was time for our massage, we were politely called by our therapists, who handed us massage slippers and collected our shoes. We were then guided to the massage room, which was already prepared and immaculately clean. After changing into the provided massage clothes, we began our two-hour Thai massage. The massage itself was excellent — very professional, relaxing, and perfectly balanced. The therapists were attentive and receptive to feedback; if any part felt too strong or too light, they adjusted it right away with a smile. You really feel in good hands. At the end of the session, we were offered a warm, delicious herbal tea — the perfect way to finish the experience. For two hours of massage, we paid only 700 baht per person, which is an incredible value for the quality and service provided. Inside the spa, there is also a small herbal shop where you can purchase natural products and remedies. Overall, our experience at Health Land was fantastic from start to finish — calm atmosphere, skilled therapists, fair pricing, and thoughtful details. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a professional and relaxing massage in Bangkok.

The massage was so amazing and extraordinary it may have ruined all regular massages I get in the future. Walking into the lobby I had no idea what I was in for. The lobby was nice but I didn’t expect this level of luxury from the room and service. My husband and I got a couple’s cannabis massage (2 hours) for less than $150. They have a couples shower in the room and give you everything you need. The room alone got me excited because of how nice it was. They first have you sit in a chair and scrub your feet, then you lay down and get the best massage you’ve ever had. They found my problem areas and worked them, and kept it even on both sides of my body. From the tip of my toes to the top of my head every muscle was worked into relaxation. And the head massage wasn’t just pulling some hair and moving on, it was a full cranial massage. Then they sat us up and stretched us. I felt like telling my masseuse that I love her and crying. But I didn’t, I just tipped her.

This is the second spa and massage that we went to on our trip to Thailand this week. I think this was an excellent experience for me!! As a student who usually sits for like eight hours a day, the massage experience was must needed for me!! The auntie that helped me massage was really friendly, and she was also professional and gave me an excellent experience!!! I recommend Health Land to everyone, no matter you’re a local or a tourist!! Health Land is also a really big building, and all of the equipment are clean, and the smell and music helped us relax while we get ready for the massage. This time we chose the two hour Thai massage, and the auntie started from the legs and all the way up to the shoulders and neck, and it really helped me just wind down and loosen up my muscles!

The price and quality are completely mismatched. The body scrub was okay, but the Thai massage was terrible. When booking, I specifically asked for a therapist who could do deep pressure work, but the actual massage was extremely light. It didn't hit the right spots, wasn't deep enough, and wasn't relaxing at all. I told the therapist she could press harder, but she just laughed at me. I wouldn't even call it a massage; it was more like just rubbing and gently squeezing. I would have gotten up and left during the first hour, but I didn't want to waste the money I had already paid. A complete waste of time and a really frustrating experience. I am very disappointed.
