Bann Phuan

We were walking around Sukhumvit 11 late in the evening (around 21:30) looking for a good place for a foot massage, but most spots we checked had waiting times. When we stopped by Bann Phuan, we were pleasantly surprised they had availability immediately with no wait at all. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and made to feel very welcome. The atmosphere inside was relaxing and thoughtfully designed, especially with the beautiful starry lights on the ceiling that added a calming touch to the whole experience. The therapist was professional and attentive, applying just the right amount of pressure throughout the massage. Overall, it was a really enjoyable and satisfying experience. Highly recommend Bann Phuan if you're in the area and looking for a quality massage without the hassle!

The massage was good and reasonably priced. The foot massage room had a very nice, quiet atmosphere. The staff were lovely. If you're looking for a good massage... For a good massage shop, I recommend Baan Phuen Sukhumvit 11.

This was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had. I chose this massage shop because it is very close to my hotel. On the first day, the therapist was excellent. She knew exactly how to apply the right pressure, understood my body condition, and even though she was not feeling well, she still worked very professionally and seriously. I was very satisfied with the service, which is why I decided to return the next day. Unfortunately, the therapist from the first day was not available, and I was assigned to a different one. This second experience was extremely disappointing. The pressure was incredibly weak — it honestly felt like my three-year-old niece was pressing on me. During the session, the therapist even walked away without explanation, the massage did not last the full hour, and the techniques showed a clear lack of skill and professionalism. She kept pulling and pressing the same spot repeatedly without any clear understanding of proper massage techniques. I feel that I completely wasted my money and an hour of my time. The service quality between therapists is very inconsistent. I strongly suggest better staff training and time management to ensure customers receive the service they pay for.

Worst massage ever, I have taken massage from multiple places throughout thailand but this one was the worst. Please don't come here.

Perfect massage place is you are staying in Sukhumvit 11. Slightly high priced compared to adjacent roads but that’s due to the popularity of the road. The ambience of the room is really nice with balm aroma, starlights. They provide a blanket which makes the experience very comfy, always expect some people snoring while they doze off. Recommend Foot & Head & Shoulder Massage @ 400 Baht for 1 Hour

My go-to massage place in BKK. The Traditional Thai Massage is the best. Masseuse are well-trained and do a very gd job. They’re a little messy with late-night bookings (we previously had 4 pax and were 10mins late and our slot was given away) so just schedule your massage during daytime and you should be fine. If it’s just 1 pax, I think they’ll have enough masseuse to cater to you throughout the day.

Good for people who have aching problem & strong massage. Use elbow a lot, solve my neck tension & shoulder tension. Almost fall asleep. I like it. Will come back again. 90 min thai massage for 550baht , good.

Bad experience with the receptionist. I came the day before, and I had a very nice therapist. Therefore, one day after, I came back and asked for the same massage therapist. She was busy, so I was told by the reception to come back in an hour. So did I. When I came back, the receptionist imposed, without any explanation, another person. Therefore, I had to decline it. The person in charge of the customer should be listening to his wishes. That seems very reasonable. Especially when it comes to health services.

This place was already on the very top of the suggestion when it comes to massage in Bangkok. This place usually charges a premium of 50 baht over its contemporaries. I highly recommend this place for the splendid experience i had today while taking their Shoulder and Foot Massage. It truly maintains its class with its experienced therapists.

Amazing one hour neck, shoulder, hand massage for 400 baht. Nice ladies, clean spa, and the massage put me to sleep. The upstairs area is dark with Christmas looking lights in the ceiling. Peaceful :)
