Botanika Massage - Patpong

Wow is all I can say. Botanika well over exceeded my expectations. I got the Mini Beauty, which is a 30 minute full body scrub and a 60 minute full body oil massage. My skin has NEVER felt so smooth in my life!!! This place is a 10000/10 - priced extremely well for what you receive, everyone there was so so lovely❤️❤️ I was also given tea and biscuits as I was leaving just to top off my relaxation. These ladies went above and beyond for me. Thank you so much xxx

I think I may have died and gone to heaven! I treated myself to the scrub and massage package and added a facial — and every single part of the experience was perfect. The treatment, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail were all incredible. If you’re looking to completely relax and be pampered, I highly recommend Botanika Massage. Yes yes yes, over the years i have had many many foot massages, i have been staying at the montien the last month i have been here at least 30 times, i can't fault them, there technique it's so good, the room and chairs puts you at ease and into a state of calmness, the massages take you to a whole new realm and state of being. I feel like a whole new person and totally grounded. Even at midnight - 1 am they are on point, the gave me comfort good energy helped me to fall to sleep on many occassions i feel like i have brand new feet.

I had such a beautiful experience at this nail and spa salon 🤍 I came in to get my toes done and I’m honestly so happy with how they turned out, the attention to detail was amazing. The team was so patient, gentle, and really took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, which made such a difference. What stood out the most though was their kindness. I had just bought a new pair of shoes and couldn’t get the sticker residue off, and they actually took time out of their day to help me remove it. Such a small thing, but it meant so much and just shows how caring they are. You can really feel that they go above and beyond for their clients. Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere that genuinely cares and does an incredible job ✨

Lovely place, very clean, smells amazing. Stsff are very sweet and professional. Highly recommend the full foot spa and Pedi for solo or couples. We loved ours together in the massage chairs.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had both my hand and foot nails done here and the result was absolutely amazin, I’ve never experienced such great service before! After that, I enjoyed a wonderful 1.5-hour Thai massage that was incredibly relaxing. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-quality service and true relaxation!

Massage therapists kept chitchatting while doing massage which was very disappointing. I had also requested twice for applying a little stronger massage on me but the massage therapist seemed don’t care. Within the 1.5hrs head, shoulder and feet massage, more than half an hour the massage lady was just playing with my toes and scratching my head. I mean there are plenty more nice massage places in Thailand and you definitely don’t wanna waste your time and money on this shop.

Rudest front desk staff. We went inside and asked for the price of a foot massage. The oldish lady at the counter rolled her eyes at me and asked whether I can read or not it was written outside. It was a very rude and unpleasant encounter and totally uncalled for. We walked out. We have been to Thailand over 30 times and this is the first unpleasant encounter we had. You can’t have this attitude, especially in the service industry. We will not be going back ever.

The worst massage ever (and I live in Thailand). Untrained masseurs that only spread oil (and even do it badly) and hurt you. After complaining and getting ready to leave half way through the massage, the manager sent me a good masseur but the mood was totally ruined. They should not hire untrained personnel and assign them to foreigners under the assumption that they are tourists. Getting good massages in thailand very much go by luck but Botanica as a chain uses to have good masseurs. Unfortunately, not this premise.
