I recently visited Let Relax and it was exactly what I needed. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm and welcoming — soft lighting, gentle music, and a clean, well‑kept space. The staff were professional yet friendly, taking time to explain the different massage options without any pressure. I chose the aromatherapy massage, and it was wonderful. The therapist had a great touch, firm enough to ease tension but still relaxing. I appreciated the small details too — warm towels, soothing scents, and a quiet environment that made it easy to switch off completely. Prices felt fair for the quality of service, and I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and genuinely cared for. If you’re looking for a place to unwind and recharge, Let Relax is worth a visit. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This massage place has always been my go-to recommendation because of its thoughtful touches— a pre-treatment drink, followed by a post-treatment dessert and tea. However, I recently discovered that if you’re only getting a foot massage, you won’t get the dessert—just a cup of tea and a cookie. For this visit, I opted for a 60-minute aroma body massage THB 1,300. The room we were ushered into looked good at first, but issues started surfacing when we went to shower. The water flow was disrupted due to a leak in the tube connecting to the showerhead—water gushed out from the leakage point more strongly than from the showerhead itself. Another concern was the ceiling near the room’s entrance, which had a visible crack that looked like it could collapse anytime. I didn’t get a photo, but the outlet’s team should be aware of which room needs attention. The massage itself was good. I was too exhausted to request any adjustments, so I just let the masseur’s gentle approach be. Despite the hiccups, the post-treatment dessert never disappoints—a delightful portion of mango sticky rice paired with hot tea.

Let down service of oil “rubbing” service “Let’s Relax” used to be a good massage place, but my recent visits have shown a drop in service quality. Usually massage shops ask about your sore spots and how much pressure you want, but they didn’t do that this time. The therapist didn’t seem to know what she was doing. I asked for more pressure, but she just rubbed my back instead of giving a real massage. (I could do that myself without paying.) The hot tea they served afterward was also bad—more like plain water. I wonder how many times they reused the same tea bag. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I went to the Market Branch . When I arrive there, welcome me with welcome drink. the staff from the counter was very friendly and nice. Her service is very good. The one who massage me also very good . After I finish massage, they have free tea also. The price is reasonable. The place is clean and the service is good. I will come back there again. Went for Body and Soul package. (body scrub and aroma oil massage) It was amazing! Got to say that it’s my first time going for such spa and massage at a higher end environment. It’s really worth every bit of the money spent. The masseuse were very professional and knows the exact spot to hit with the right amount of strength. Unlike the ones experienced along the roadside parlour, these are really professional skills. Felt very pampered after the session and totally relaxed. It was really nice, there was a private bathroom, robes and bathroom slippers and even hair net, disposable underwear provided (for the package I selected) Their disposable underwear is also pretty top tier and comfy. It was nice that they served this small portion of mango sticky rice. And it’s really good too!

To be fair, the place is called “Let’s Relax,” but I honestly didn’t feel relaxed at all. I’ll give a fair and honest review. The massage itself was actually good, the therapist was skilled and professional, and the environment looked nice and well set up. The ambience had the potential to be very relaxing. However, the biggest issue that completely ruined the experience was the air-conditioning. I genuinely cannot understand why the aircon wasn’t switched on. I’m not sure whether the mall turns it off after a certain timing, or if Let’s Relax didn’t properly coordinate with the mall regarding the aircon operating hours. Either way, this is something that should have been planned in advance. Our appointment was at 9pm, and by around 9:30pm, my whole body started feeling hot and uncomfortable. Instead of relaxing, I found myself focusing on how stuffy and warm the room was. It became very distracting and honestly took away the entire purpose of coming for a massage in the first place. When the session ended at around 10pm, I walked out to the reception area expecting some relief, but the whole place felt like a boiling stove. It was extremely stuffy and uncomfortable, especially after a massage where you’re supposed to feel calm and refreshed. It’s really disappointing because this is a well-known and established brand. You would expect better planning and basic comfort standards. A good massage alone is not enough when the overall experience is affected by something as fundamental as proper ventilation and cooling. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was genuinely disappointing. With the pricing and reputation, customers would expect a relaxing and comfortable environment throughout the entire session. Sadly, this will be my last visit here.

Tried more than 5 let’s relax place in BKK this one probably the most underrated one ! Not so busy at all on the 4Th floor of market place ! Better can booking one day early through Klook or ThaiHand app can have 10% off !

Came here in the evening and got the Dream Package. The place was very clean and hygienic; with friendly staff as well. The massage was great and very relaxing. Something really unique about this place is that they serve mango sticky rice after the massage which is delicious!
