Absolutely fantastic experience. I came in feeling apprehensive after a few negative salon visits recently, but this place completely restored my trust. The setting is calm and beautifully done, with relaxing music, but what really stands out is the skill of the team. I came for natural blonde highlight maintenance, a cut, and an Olaplex treatment with Nid and Katai. We communicated through Google Translate, and although they were kind and reassuring, I was still a little nervous until I saw the final colour… it was exactly what I wanted. What really impressed me was their professionalism and care. When I pointed out a small section that looked slightly stripy, they immediately added a few foils and corrected it within minutes. I didn’t even realise that was possible. That level of attention made me feel very well looked after. I also decided on the spot to have a spa pedicure (no polish) and a gel manicure with Ae and Cherrie, and both were excellent. High-quality products, great technique, and very thorough without ever feeling rushed or pushed into anything. I’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend to friends. 2 WEEK UPDATE - Very impressed with the nail regrowth. Not one chip. Back soon

I wanted to treat myself to a hair spa treatment during my short stay in Bangkok, and I’m so glad I did! After reviewing the menu, I decided to also book a hair treatment and cut. My scalp enjoyed a soothing massage during the application of the treatment for my damaged hair. The room was nice and cool, and a soft blanket was placed over me as I lay back comfortably in the chair, listening to soothing music as my hair was gently washed. I was kindly offered a bottle of chilled water, orange juice, coffee sweets and a packaged sponge cake to snack on during the haircut, and Nit did an excellent job cutting and styling my hair. She was genuinely warm, and listened to my preferences. She is very skilled and her results were beautiful. I would love to return to try colouring my hair next time, and would for sure come back for another haircut with her. I was so happy with how clean my scalp felt and how soft, shiny and healthy my hair looked after blow drying!

Nid was amazing today. I really loved the treatment from start to finish. She’s very talented, amazing, careful and her customer service manners are excellent. She did Japanese straightening and I am very happy with it.

I had a layer hair cut today at Yumoto. Their environment is clean and cozy, staffs here are super professional and friendly. Started off with a nice hair wash and shoulder massage. I really love the blowout they give me after the cut. Highly recommended!

I got a walk-in appointment within a few minutes of asking on Instagram, yet they did such a thorough and excellent job: extensions + gel + nail art, just based off of some Pinterest pictures. The pricing is also clear and fair. The artist is very good at communicating and making sure you are satisfied.

I came here for my first Keratin treatment after seeing all the great reviews - and honestly my hair has never looked better! Highly recommend booking with Eye, she explained the process clearly and took care of my hair throughout the process. It’s a little more on the expensive side, but your paying for quality and experience. My hair is also quite long so the cost is by length.
