The most unpleasant thing for me. Actually, I didn't want to try it. But I like head massages, so when I entered the shop, I initially wanted a 1 hour 15 minute session for 990 baht. Later, on the staff's recommendation, my husband and I changed it to 1 hour 45 minutes… Here's the story: As soon as we entered and were changing clothes, a rude person's actions made me uncomfortable (I understand there's no way to communicate verbally, but I could feel it from their actions). 1. While changing clothes, I put my belongings in the basket and then asked the therapist where I should put the basket. She ignored me and forcefully put the basket under the bed. 2. The treatment started, and I wanted to lie down and relax… but unexpectedly, I almost lost my temper and got angry. I sighed (the movements were very fast, as if it was almost finished, but the technique and pressure felt like a newbie with no experience. She didn't even press the acupoints; the massage stick could even poke my eyes. The gua sha board was just casually used, and it kept falling off my scalp. The essential oil dripped onto my scalp felt completely ineffective. Afterwards, she pulled my hair many times, inaccurately, and I could feel the pain of her pulling my hair. 3. I was starting to get angry and prepared to get ready. Just then, the therapist next door, who was treating my husband, saw my movements and didn't want to close my eyes… so they switched services. But I really didn't like this experience. If they lack experience, they should learn properly. We customers have consumer rights and we've paid for our services. At first, they didn't seem to think they had done anything wrong, not even an apology. The manager kept saying she was great and many customers liked her. Did they not accept my criticism of her staff and want to work harder? They charged a 10% discount plus some kind of bank sales tax. I really feel like I've been ripped off. Thinking about the poor service and inexperience, I'm unhappy. Even if the therapists switched, would it make a difference if they switched with my husband? I'm very angry and unhappy. The experience was uncomfortable, and they expect consumers to accept this kind of service? It's disgusting (don't go to companies that don't value consumers). This is such a shady business.

The shop is beautifully decorated and smells amazing. The atmosphere is great, the owner is lovely and friendly, and the staff provide excellent service. We used their head massage service, which was incredibly relaxing! The price is very reasonable, definitely worth it. After the treatment, my head felt so much better, it was amazing. If you have a headache, a throbbing, dull ache, or a persistent pain, I highly recommend this place. I will definitely go back again! 🥰

I called to make a reservation at 8 PM, but when I arrived at 2:30 AM, they told me the queue was full. The queuing system is completely disorganized. They gave a ridiculous excuse, saying the queue was full because they were already taking walk-in customers. I'm a regular customer at another branch, but they were closed during Songkran, so they sent me to this one. I'm extremely disappointed. This is outrageous. Do you even know how to work? Completely lacking in quality.

This was my first time here with my boyfriend. The shop is decorated so cutely! All the staff are very polite. I even fell asleep and snored! It was so relaxing. We'll definitely come back again.
