Some therapists have excellent techniques and provide a very satisfying massage, while others lack the necessary skills and could definitely improve. Considering the prices are on the higher side, I hope the business will pay more attention to hygiene standards. Using disposable bed covers for every customer is very important. Towels should also be changed for each customer instead of being used for multiple clients. Another issue is therapist availability. The team seems understaffed, and many times it's difficult to book because there is no therapist available to accept the appointment. Overall, there is potential, but improving consistency in massage quality, hygiene, and staffing would greatly enhance the customer experience.
